August 2nd, 2025 evening shift I visited the Calgary Creekside Subway. The server was so rude to me and I was very upset by it. His behaviour was unacceptable and I hope he does not do this to another kid.

Definitely the most unfriendly Subway I’ve been to in a good long while. Not a single smile from either woman throughout the entire interaction. My wife felt very unwelcome in there and don’t think these women should be working here. Maybe in a back warehouse away from customers would be more suited to their temperaments.

This is my fourth order and it’s been perfect every time! Delicious, healthy, and affordable—can’t stop coming back. I usually pick it up on my way to work and used to worry about timing, but it’s always ready when I arrive.
Big thanks to the staff member working between 9–10 a.m. on weekdays (sorry I don’t know your name). Everything’s always perfectly packed and ready.

I came to this store on Saturday July 12 at around 1 pm and it was the most phenomenal experience I’ve ever had at a subway before. When I walked in it was extremely clean and I was greeted by a friendly staff member with a turban and glasses. I gave him my order and he proceeded to make it with a full smile. Another lady came from the back and greeted me with a smile and friendly hello. The turban guy kept a friendly and good conversation with me while making the sandwich and the food was a 10/10, I will be coming back again to this location.

The staff are incredibly rude. Avoid this location if you don’t want your day ruined. Have been there multiple times and every time the staff have been extremely rude!! One staff member even said i had a big forehead out of nowhere. Another got me to pay before she did the vegetables, and i asked for avocado, and she yelled at me saying it costs more, im sorry i didn’t ask to check out before i was done choosing my vegetables!! Never going back. Expensive horrible service

Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid This Location
Placed an online order at 8:20 PM with a 15-minute pickup window. I arrived at 8:50 PM, and the employee hadn’t even started the order. I explained that I had kids waiting in the car and asked politely if he could bring the order to the door when it was ready. He said yes.
I waited outside until 9:10 PM, nothing. When I finally went inside to check, he claimed the order had been ready “a long time ago.” When I asked why he didn’t come to the door as promised, he started arguing with me. Completely unprofessional and rude.
This isn’t the first time either. If you can’t deliver decent service, don’t make promises you don’t intend to keep.
Be careful. Very bad customer service. Won’t be returning. Ever.

I ordered online and they replaced the buns with another one without giving any hint when handed out to me. The staff were unfriendly. The phone is not answering with no space to leave voice message. They run the business unprofessionally and don’t care for the customer satisfaction.

Subway is so over priced it’s ridiculous!!
I ordered 2 “6 inch” gluten free bmt, everything inside tasted good but the bun itself was awful, they toasted it a little bit and the bun fell apart as I was eating it, crumbs all over my car and the most driest GF bun I’ve ever had. They are always so stingy with the toppings too!! Like come on, let us get our moneys worth. Definitely won’t buy again

The exterior windows of the restaurant were quite dirty. Upon my arrival, I thought that the restaurant is either closed or undergoing construction. As Subway is a reputable brand known for its high standards of cleanliness, I believe maintaining clean windows is essential to uphold the restaurant's image and attract customers

Zero customer service skills. I come in and the two staff are talking to each other but don’t acknowledge the customer. After a while I had to throw in a hello and then they would help me pick up an online order which they messed up on. What’s the point of typing in special instructions when they don’t even read them. Food was standard not great but I won’t be back to this location. The one in Evanston I see has better reviews.

The Indian lady that works at the store is so unfriendly even if you say hello she won’t even give you a smile. If friendly service is what matters to you this location is the worst in terms of friendly service.

Vegetables are not fresh, slimy and frozen to the side of the metal inserts. When I asked for more fresh cucumbers, the lady proceeded to take the gross cucumbers off my sandwich, went into the fridge and threw 2 cucumbers on my Sandwich. Considering the slogan is “Subway Eat Fresh” it did not taste or look so fresh. I have eaten here before and did not have any issues, this was a one off bad experience
