Subway is so over priced it’s ridiculous!! I ordered 2 “6 inch” gluten free bmt, everything inside tasted good but the bun itself was awful, they toasted it a little bit and the bun fell apart as I was eating it, crumbs all over my car and the most driest GF bun I’ve ever had. They are always so stingy with the toppings too!! Like come on, let us get our moneys worth. Definitely won’t buy again

The exterior windows of the restaurant were quite dirty. Upon my arrival, I thought that the restaurant is either closed or undergoing construction. As Subway is a reputable brand known for its high standards of cleanliness, I believe maintaining clean windows is essential to uphold the restaurant's image and attract customers

Zero customer service skills. I come in and the two staff are talking to each other but don’t acknowledge the customer. After a while I had to throw in a hello and then they would help me pick up an online order which they messed up on. What’s the point of typing in special instructions when they don’t even read them. Food was standard not great but I won’t be back to this location. The one in Evanston I see has better reviews.

The Indian lady that works at the store is so unfriendly even if you say hello she won’t even give you a smile. If friendly service is what matters to you this location is the worst in terms of friendly service.

Vegetables are not fresh, slimy and frozen to the side of the metal inserts. When I asked for more fresh cucumbers, the lady proceeded to take the gross cucumbers off my sandwich, went into the fridge and threw 2 cucumbers on my Sandwich. Considering the slogan is “Subway Eat Fresh” it did not taste or look so fresh. I have eaten here before and did not have any issues, this was a one off bad experience

Worst service out of every subway in the city. I work construction, so I visit multiple subway throughout my week. Every time I enter this one, they go hide in the back for 5 mins, and this time I saw a girl just sitting on a box texting away while 3 of us stood there waiting. I think I'll just hit the Mary browns next door for now on when I work in this area. Plus, every time I've come here the food isn't up to par with every other subway.

I recently visited this Subway in Creekside shopping centre and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. A special shoutout to the manager, Jassi, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Jassi’s attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. They were not only personable but also made sure my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. It’s clear that Jassi is committed to providing excellent service. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations. The veggie patty and chicken sandwiches were poorly wrapped, making them difficult to eat without making a mess. Additionally, there was very little sauce, which left the sandwiches dry and lacking in flavor. The ingredients themselves were fresh, but the overall execution was disappointing.
