I have ordered a few times online. It’s never been right. The last time I ordered online we needed them at a specific time. Got to the store and they weren’t even started. They claimed they forgot to make them. Gave them over 3hours notice so maybe they’re too disorganized for an order that far ahead.

I find subway expensive so I decided to order off the $7.99 menu to save $$. The lady who did our order was rude, cut me off multiple times when I tried to add to my sandwiches. But mostly just rude. So not happy with the experience

This location has become worse and worse over time. From having to repeat your order 10 times, or the employee telling you to please wait "a few minutes" while they fulfill an online order despite you being there in person (shouldn't that always be the priority??), to the tip option on the Interac machine (this is fast food for heavens sake).I also dislike how Subway has gone away from build your own sub the way you like it to all these overpriced pre-fab subs. The rotisserie chicken is SO dry!! ?
