I had a very bad experience at this Subway. While waiting in line, I politely asked, 'Can you please tell me how long the wait will be?' since I was in a hurry. The employees were chatting instead of working efficiently, and one of them responded rudely, saying, 'This is Canada, you have to wait.' I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and decided to leave without ordering. Customer service should be much better than this. I will never return to this location and will make sure my family and friends avoid it as well.
I went to the subway and ordered a sandwich.I really like the service of hapreet Sharma (employee), having friendly behavior, patience, served nicely.

I had a great exprience ordering at this subway from Haman! Also amazing customer service from Jaswinder and Surindel regarding on some sandwiches I was trying to pick from. Overall a 10/10 experience and will come again!

I went there last week, two girls who were working at front continuously talking to each other and ignoring customers. They were unprofessional, rude, and way too slow : taking 5-10minutes for 2customer, meanwhile they called someone from inside and the a girl with tattoo on her arm came out. She did great job by clearing the line up and took order of 4 customers in-front of me within few mintues ,i was 5th in line other two girls were wasting time on cash counter and tattoo gurl took oder and did veggies also while other both employees wasted time at cash counter so yes service sucks and third girl you don’t deserve those co workers get a better place to fit in

Had a very bad customer experience from one of your employee. She was busy with her friends or known customers.
She didn't wrap.subway properly, when I asked to do she said it's just this way they do. Very rude when she handover the sub & was busy In chit-chat. Must teach her what's the best customer experience.
Teach them how to.wrap properly. Only this saddletown location, we never had a good experience. Never recommended.

I had an exceptional experience at this Subway this afternoon . Thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. I was greeted with a friendly smile, setting the tone for a great visit. The staff worked efficiently, preparing my sandwich with care and attention to detail. Since the store was very busy and they handled everything perfectly. I was impressed by their professionalism

Couple things wrong with this subway bread is always old and stale taste like garbage hard and falls apart not even tosted lol ... also they are very cheap with there chicken and barely give you anything if you order a salad definitely the worst subway I have ever been too

Very bad behaviour, staff is very rude, they don’t have sense how to deal with customers . I asked for the washroom key she didn’t give me and after sometime one person came and she give to him. When I asked the reason why she didn’t give me, she told me that I’m Punjabi. Because of that kind of person everyone hates Punjabi community. If next time any employer behave me like this then I will take an action to whole staff.😡😡

I went tere just 2 minutes ago 2:45 SUNDAY 26th january. There were two women there one was totally neglecting me and the other one asked me in a rude way what do you want ? And no smile and act like I am speaking other language than English. I would never go there again literally. They both didn’t know the meaning of customer service.
