I ordered a steak and bacon wrap, they forgot the bacon, not the biggest deal but then I went to have a bite of my soup and it was literally not heated at all, colder than room temperature. The staff also seemed very quiet and not very social. I won't go back

We came here for dinner today on oct 30 2025 and the philipino lady who helped us was very rude. She was not listening to what i said and was asking “what u want” in very rude way. Recently moved to this neighborhood and will not be visiting this location anymore

Visited this location on October 9 at 12:45 for lunch. When we walked in, there was barely a hello from the two ladies. We had ordered 4 sandwiches in the hopes that we could use our buy 2 get one free and $10.99 great Canadian club coupon.

The employee making our sandwiches did not seem happy at all. When we got to the till we told the employee that it was separate transactions so we could use the coupons and she completely disregarded what we said and just charged everything together and walked away. She didn’t ask if we wanted a meal or any drinks so I had to pay for those separately.. And of course, she was not wearing a name tag so I can’t name her in this review.

I wanted to correct the transaction but the other employee told me that it was “already done”. Not happy with this at all and I’d love it if a manager got in contact with me

I had a very bad experience at this location. Jess was very rude i dont know if she told me her real name or not but she is from Philippines. She was talking with her colleague in their own philipine language. I asked for extra lettuce and she ignored me 4 times, and asked for extra crispy onions and she refused to provide me saying its the standard i cant give you more.

This is my fist experience at this location, and it was one of the most unwelcoming experience at subway

I was at subway 130th ave today , it was awful we got 4 subs the lady was so rude at front. As if I was taking food for free.subway bread was over done and so chewy.none of the sub was nice.I should have checked the review before visting .very bad experience. Wasn't welcomed at all when i entered the store rather was given a stare as if why did I come to order. Can't remember the name of the lady but starts with 'A'. Never going back again

BEWARE! If you don’t watch your sandwich being made they will specifically withhold putting the CORRECT meat on your sandwich. Don’t EVER order online from this location. Furthermore, I was told on ordering “Kids Meals” arnt offered anymore. It’s a combo, it’s a 6” sub, cookie and juice box for example. So I had to buy a more expensive meal instead. So I contact another Subway, to my lack of surprise, they DO offer a kids meal still. Just avoid this Subway completely. It’s giving shady and greasy vibes. If you do go, watch how they make your sub, I mean that.

Respect and gratitude for extremely hard working person Marilyn, working only by herself with a healthy presence of customers to serve in-store and to prepare pick up orders ordered online simultaneously in a rush hour!
Owner should consider scheduling an overlap in such peak hours at least!
