Phoned about an order and the guy on the other end of the phone should learn some mannerism and customer service. He was arrogant, rude and very unhelpful. We order from this location once a week for years and now I'm thinking twice.

The diet pepsi doesnt have enough fizz. Feels like having a drink that isnt carbonated enough. They didnt have a small glass for the fountain drink, so I was forced to pay extra to buy a 20oz drink. Weird. The bread was soft.

Honestly the most genuinely kind service I’ve received at a Subway in a Long time! At most places, staff are hiding in the back. The place was clean and organized. I saw some of the other reviews, and all I can say is, if you need something more-ask. All fast food places are trained down to the number of every pickles they place, they are just going according to protocol, just ask for more. I had the new tandoori pork sub, very nice!

2 bites in and compelled to write a review. At 6pm I ordered a FOOTLONG supremo with everything except pickles and spinach. Bread is horribly stale. Got 4 slices of cucumber, 4 small slices of tomato, maybe 3 pieces of green pepper, 5 rings of banana pepper, olives arent even present and 2 shakes of pepper when I said LOTS of pepper. I didn't say anything as there were 4 others in store and didn't want to seem like a jerk complaining about the lack of basically every ingredient except meat. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location in recent weeks and every time it is well below expectation. I only wish there were a Mr. Sub nearby as they have superior quality, service and fresh ingredients. Will not be back to this location, I'll choose another establishment in the plaza, there are tons.

The losers leaving one star reviews are likely the annoying, entitled and egotistical customers who expect a Subway of all places to be equivalent to a five star restaurant. 5 star Subway in my book!
