October 27 – Three female staff members were working during the lunch hour, and they did an amazing job. From customer service to the way they prepared the subs and handled payment, everything was excellent. They changed gloves properly, maintained a positive attitude, and served with a smile. Great teamwork and attention to detail. Keep up the excellent work!

I had very bad experience and the owner of this subway is very cheap person because I didi work here and he didn’t give me my salary . Whenever I ask him when you send my pay then he speak lie that I will pay in this week.

The staff that work there are awesome! They always do a great job and are always very pleasant. The store is always clean.
I usually get a Salad and the best part (aside from the crispy onions!) is that they make everything bite sized! Having to cut your salad is annoying, but here it's not a problem thanks to the staff!

I completely understand going to food restaurant 15 minutes before closing. But to make me a sub with bread that isn’t up to standards is wrong. I got home after an extremely long day excited to eat and the sub bread is hard, dry, and stale. I had to press it hard and when I did it crumbled. I never write reviews but this is frustrating. I even left a tip for the trouble and everything.

Phoned about an order and the guy on the other end of the phone should learn some mannerism and customer service. He was arrogant, rude and very unhelpful. We order from this location once a week for years and now I'm thinking twice.
The diet pepsi doesnt have enough fizz. Feels like having a drink that isnt carbonated enough. They didnt have a small glass for the fountain drink, so I was forced to pay extra to buy a 20oz drink. Weird. The bread was soft.
Honestly the most genuinely kind service I’ve received at a Subway in a Long time! At most places, staff are hiding in the back. The place was clean and organized.
I saw some of the other reviews, and all I can say is, if you need something more-ask. All fast food places are trained down to the number of every pickles they place, they are just going according to protocol, just ask for more.

Great place great customer service fresh food
Don’t bother to come here and pay tip because I seen one employee crying and find out, owner don’t pay even minimum wage to employees and also keep all the tip money to his pocket. How can this happen in canada.
