Stopped by this Subway location and everything went smoothly. Service was quick, the staff were friendly, and my sandwich tasted great as always. The place was spotless — even the washroom was relatively clean and had everything needed. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a spot I’d recommend.

I usually love this Subway and come here often, but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered three footlong teriyaki chicken subs, and the amount of chicken added by the worker, Manvir, was noticeably less than what other staff usually serve. I also asked for extra sauce and extra olives, but neither was added properly — it barely had any flavor. The lettuce looked old and wilted, and overall the subs were just unappetizing. It honestly made me lose my appetite and not want Subway for a while. I’ve had great experiences here before, but this time was very poor compared to the usual standard and she worked very very slow.

I ordered my usual Veggie Delite, and her cheerful attitude and careful attention made all the difference—she generously loaded my sub with fresh, crisp vegetables and thoughtfully suggested toasting it to perfection. Her excellent service truly elevated my simple meal into a delightful and satisfying lunch, and it’s because of friendly and attentive staff like her that I’ll definitely be coming back.
