If only i could give this location no stars at all. Been here for a second time now and both times have been served by Gina. She is rude, just throws the sandwich together, seems annoyed with anything you ask. All around just not a pleasure at all. I wont be back

I wrote a review here a month or two ago and I experienced poor service and not the best sub.I went back recently to try it again and although it was quiet (late afternoon) the lady who made my sandwich made it so perfect. She was so kind and took her time and made it with care which I really appreciate in the service industry, ESPECIALLY since I worked at a couple subways in my day. She was still fast but the sandwich was not just thrown together.Veggies are fresh. Restaurant was very clean.I'll be coming back for sure.Thanks for the amazing service that time and the best spicy rotisserie chicken footlong I've ever had. ??

This is my favourite subway to go to.Today I was served by Kush, she was so nice and had great customer service. She took every request with no hesitation.She double checked everything while entering it in to the machine.It was refreshing to have someone like Kush working in this industry, thank you!

Tonight, I came to this subway at 9 pm. When I entered, Gina, who works at the counter, was not friendly towards me. The first thing she asked was, "Are you buying a sandwich?" Not "hi" like she greeted the white people after me. I looked at her and said, "I’m buying a few sandwiches, 5 to be exact, 6-inch oven-roasted chicken sandwiches. Why ask me if I'm buying a sandwich? Did I come here to hang out?" I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwiches since they were for my children, and they are picky about what they want on their sandwiches. I feel like her approach to me was discriminatory because I'm black. When the white customers came after me, she was all friendly and kind to them, but with me, she was put off for no apparent reason. Like I'm a customer, and I wasn't rude at all. So, I feel like I need to air this so she doesn't treat another black customer like this, hopefully. I don't think I'm returning here again. It's 2024; this type of behaviour is not acceptable.

Same lady as always, that does the laziest job possible will also barely listening to you, Close the shop 30 minutes early just cause she wanted to get home so while it was still open on Google Maps and other people were walking there, she didn't care, Maybe get better employees if it says you close at 11:30 you shouldn't be closed at 11

Sinply Very dirty. A fat Indian woman prepared me a sandwich and she was preparing it in a very dirty way and bad hygiene. She was taking the vegetables back when it feels out from the sandwich to the counter and when I told her that she mustn't do that according to Subway guidelines of clean food. She ended up using a knife that was used before. This branch is not recommended if you look for healthy clean food.

Just have order the veggie patty footlong from them I am 100% pure vegetarian they have sent me the chicken one and accidentally I have eaten this. I am felling like someone just has stabbed me with knife . whoever made my sub owner must fired him right away. How someone can not understand the difference between the chicken andvegetarian.

So kindly recommended a cheese bread and a matching sauce. A big amount of Beef steak/white cheese with full of veggies. Mmmm. So yummy! Love this place!
