I came to get 2, 6 inch subs for the Subway deal for 2, 6 inch cold cut or ham sub @ 4.99 each. I went there today around 1030am. I asked for the Subwway deal and the woman told me it ended 2 days ago. I told her it was still on the Subway app. She then told me I had to order it off the app. I went to my car and got my phone. When I went back in the woman told she couldn't ring the deal in her on the register. Talk about stupidity!! We went to another Subway. They were very happy to give me the deal and rang it in on their register. I was told by the girls there that a lot of customers who came from this Subway location to their location with many of them complaining about the poor service they received at this location I'm complaining about now. I will never go back to this one again. ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE STAFF DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT!! I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY GIVEN THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE THERE A ZERO IF THE NUMBER WAS AVAILABLE!!!

Jenny at this location might've gave me the best service in a fast food setting I've received in a long time, so glad that I remembered to write this review. Terrible customer service. I’m not sure who the two older ladies that work there are but that was extremely aggressive experience I had. My son went in to order and they blantantly ignored him and let other customers ahead of him. I was in my vehicle while he was ordering but I went in to follow up after he came out and shared that she ignored him and because I wanted to ensure he received the same treatment as any guest. When I went in I too was blantantly ignored until I spoke up and said I was not ordering and just wanted to follow up with my sons customer service. The one older lady screamed and came around to the other side and was so aggressive like she was going to throw hands. I emailed corporate. I hope that no one else experiences this disrespect. Disgusting.
I did not catch her name but there is a very cheerful young woman working at this subway who deserves a hughe shout out! Great customer service and super friendly :)I couldn't get my regular sub because they were put of pepperoni but she made me a really great sandwhich

Just got a foot long steak n bacon and I have to say it is THE BEST subway sammi I have had from any subway! The young lady with the peircings hooked it up with the service and sandwich making! Sometimes they (Subway) can be cheap with the ingredients but that was not the case with her. She didn't over serve on toppings but it was a delicious looking and well proportioned sammi from start to finish. Well done, give her a raise!

Biggest let down the fresh gas even given me. My bro and I were trying to buy 4 footy longs, mind you this is after the lady working told us (@9pm) that they are open till 11pm we’ll it is now 10:30 and she totally ignored us for 15 minutes waiting for the door to be unlocked to buy these subs we wanted. Would not trust this to be a night time snack cause they will let you down.
