Not sure if there's new management or what, but this location has gone downhill. After repeating my topping request, I had to almost yell to stop them from adding the wrong item. The lady working here seems indifferent. A particular topping in one of the bins looked subpar and like it obviously should have been scrapped, but she tosses it on my sandwich anyways. I will add that their tomatoes did not look like tomatoes, so had to skip those entirely.
I am disappointed because this place is conveniently located right next to my gym, and used to have great service. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

Got to this location at approximately 8pm. Doors were closed and the sign at the window said it was open. Posted times also said they were open until 10pm. Knocked severally on the door and the lady who was cleaning out the station turned off the signage.

Got a veggie sub for my cutie pie and it was really bad. We told the employee to panini press it and she forgot at first then we had to tell her and she pressed it for not even 10 seconds. The cheese was not melted and there wasn’t enough sauce, the sub was dry and really bad experience. Never coming here again.

dear consumers, i have had a very unpleasant experience at this subway. i went on a regular Wednesday on my usual lunch hour, I went to buy my regular sandwich which consists of mustard, bacon, ham, cheese, white cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, gouda, feta, and pickles, steak, pinto beans, banana peppers and with a variety sauces like mustard, mayo, ranch, and ketchup. and i also asked for it to be toasted, it was no where near well done. the steak was also medium rare, i prefer it well done. after getting this disgusting sandwich with all this moldy meats, i took one step out of the door and BAM! maced right in the eyes. the man who stole my awful wet sandwich ran away, i chased after him but ran into a few poles because i couldn’t see after the pepper spray. i did eventually get my sandwich back after i tackled him and and fought. i chased the man as the subway worker just watched and did nothing. then proceeded to convince me to buy another sandwich. this picture is what it looked like afterwards. rating my experience: -100/10

We made the mistake of coming in right as the store was closing. We felt so bad but the sandwich artist was so patient and made our sandwiches. Awesome subway!
I have ordered a footlong veggie in my lunch and when I was having that the veggies are falling apart and it was not greatly assembled….

Every time I've gone I to this location, it takes at least 20 minutes to even start building a sandwich. There's only ever one staff in the building, so it takes forever for anything to get done.

I've had a promotional email from them to "upgrade to food long make it a meal for free". Neither using the email nor the promotional offer on the application worked with this store and the owner, an old arrogant man, treated me like garbage. He told me he can't give me a free meal - even I did not ask for a free meal. I just wanted to use my promotional offer, and not be treated like a crackhead. Therefore, this location and probably no subway will ever get a penny from me ever again !

Awesome service, the food was great. Ekam did amazing job today. Well prepared, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
