Had lunch at the Sunridge location recently while waiting for my car repair. The repair took longer than expected, so I was there for awhile. They were patient, letting me wait, never once made me feel unwelcome. At one point I went outside to wait, but staff members told me to come back inside and wait, because it was cold out. So kind, and I was so thankful for that.

Guy serving me wearing airpods while working, i wanted house sauce he put hot sauce on my sandwich and i dont eat spicy foods. I had to repeat everything i wanted on my sandwich just cos he cant hear me. Very disappointed, i didnt know you can wear AIRPODS while working and serving customer.

Don't know why I even talked after I ordered.... Asked for extra meatballs and was given double...?!?! Asked for 3 onions and 3 green peppers because that's the way I like my meatball sub and was given handfuls. Maybe if the staff want to work at a place where the company advertises "your way" they listen. Won't be going back, so many other locations in Calgary where they don't have issues listening to customers...
