This afternoon, we had a lovely interaction with a kind young Filipino staff member who went out of her way to inform us about which sauces contained eggs, knowing that we are vegetarians. What really made my visit stand out was Shivam’s exceptional customer service. He was genuinely friendly, polite, and attentive, taking the time to make sure everything was just right. On top of that, the whole crew was great—everyone was working efficiently and with such a positive attitude. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly enjoys what they do.
