2 days in a row I came in and on the first day the employees didn’t listen to what I wanted on my sandwich that I’m paying my money for , they Put on way too much sauce when I asked for 1 line of each sauce I asked for very lightly toasted both days and what did I get? A black burned piece of hard bread . These people should not be making our food or working in the food industry. This is a joke and not a food restaurant they give you what they feel like instead of listening to the customers . They don’t care about the customers at all . I do not recommend this location to anyone that wants their food made the way they want it made for their hard earned money.

I have never received a sub with almost no food in my sandwich... I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki and she was so tight in putting food in my sandwich,,I counted the first thing chicken that she put in was like 6 strips and then 3 to 4 count of every toppings ,,,even it had only 6 olives in the entire sandwich...the moment I entered I saw indian staff in there and I knew it's not going to be an easy one like tim hortons...there was a white female construction worker that ordered food and she was already pissed off from the lady that was making her sandwich for not putting enough food and no ketchup being provided...SUBWAY ATLEAST GIVE ENOUGH TO THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR..SHAME ON THE OWNER BECAUSE SHE WAS ALSO INSIDE THERE GUIDING STAFF...

If I could leave Zero stars I would. I just left grabbing my lunch while at work. Both co workers are talking away in their own language right infront of me. I didn't even get "How can I help you" or a Hello. The one lady just starred at me till I told her my order. Than proceeded to keep babbling on with her co worker in her language. Doesn't ask me what I want on my sub just stares at me. She cashes me out still babbling in her language. Doesn't tell me a total I had to read it on the screen. Not even a "Would you like a drink or combo?" Complete and utter ignorance! I pay and no Have a nice day. Walks away talking in her language? Does Subway train their emempoyes to not speak English to white people? When an employee speaks Indian right infront of someone who only speaks English as we live in Canada, this is disgraceful! And horrible customer service!! How do I know they are not talking about me?? I don't! How is this acceptable? If you can't be respectful enough to speak english at your place of bbusines you should not be working there!

Absolutely unacceptable. I literally was in shock watching the lady not change her gloves after handling probably pork before touching my sub and using the same gloves after who knows how many subs prepared before me. I have to throw it away because I'm turned off. Waste of time and money.

I had a very good experience at this location Harpreet one of the employees serves me with warm welcome and big smile . Suggest me something new which is very delicious. As well as their other employees are also very nice . I always got subs with no complaints at all But today Harpreet makes my day!!

The bread for the subs were so dry. They put so much salt and pepper on it that it was all salt in my mouth. Sunday may.12-2024. The lady gave me back nickels when she could have given back quarters or loonies for the amount I was to get back in change. I had to throw away my whole sub. The other sub the bread was dry and could only eat half of the foot long since it was off and bad too. Don’t ever go to this location for subway.
Just had to throw out an entire foot long because they dumped so much salt on the sandwich it was inedible. Complete waste of money. There's NO way they didn't know how much they put on there, and still wrapped it up for the customer. Spend your money elsewhere.
Edited to say: I obviously should have read the reviews before going. Do better East Hills Subway.

Horrible subway, gotta be the worst in Calgary which is saying a lot. Don't speak English fluently enough to take your order, will try to scam you out of ingredients (for example no double cheese that comes with certain subway series subs, or 6 pieces of bacon instead of 8 when you order double bacon), then will ignore your concerns and argue.
Most recently had a coupon for buy one subway series sub, get one for $3. According to them, the coupon won't work because it's not the same sub. An identical coupon at a different location and identical order worked just fine.
Drive the extra bit to go to literally any other subway, or you'll be kicking yourself for giving them yet ANOTHER chance like I am.

First they didn't know how to make the sandwich then they didn't put any turkey, bacon or avocado in it. Cali Turkey Club sandwich #12 No time to go all the way back over there to get it fixed, we won't be back, cheese, limp lettuce tons of sauce and a few cucumbers.
