There crispy chicken is raw taste like that they forgot to thaw that chicken. Sometime, they are out of breads, only has regular bread and brown bread.

First they didn't know how to make the sandwich then they didn't put any turkey, bacon or avocado in it. Cali Turkey Club sandwich #12 No time to go all the way back over there to get it fixed, we won't be back, cheese, limp lettuce tons of sauce and a few cucumbers.

The worst sub ever in my life in canada. You can pack it properly so somebody can eat it not waste it. I open my sub and its all messy veegies are travelling somewhere else sub is somewhere else , sauces are at the east side. Like really ????

The staff was incredibly rude, I had to repeat my order almost 5 times. Ordered a new menu item and she didn't want to make half the items on the order. YES I WANT RICE and BACON in my crispy chicken bacon RICE BOWL. Will never return to this location.

We were in at 4:30 today. It's almost dinner and my only options for bread are white or brown, unless I want to wait 20 minutes for the Italian. Really? This is the 3rd time this has happened in a month. Then hub orders a #8 and she starts making a #9. They weren't busy, 1 other lady ordering a 6" sub.There were 2 workers. Gave it 3 tries, they struck out. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others!!! Used to be a good location. No more! I went next door and got Panda Express instead.

Worst place to order sub. It took SO LONG for the lady to take our order. My daughter and l were trying to order 2 subs the lady didnt want to take both of our order and wanted to do it separately and she didn't even ask if l wanted anything. Definitely felt rushed, the lady could care less about the customers .and this restaurnt needs better customer service.

If someone orders turkey breast on delivery app and you give them ham why don’t you call? Ham is not what I ordered… same with bread call the customer. Customer service isn’t dead industry pick up the phone and call the customer..

Hi good evening, I have a 1 order only today at 5:12pm and your staff is so lazy and sad. What happened to your staff? It’s like they don’t have salary there. I’ve been working for so long in the food industry so I know how to operate in the restaurant. It’s just 1 sandwich and I only the one customer and she take 10 minutes to make it done my order. It’s a SUBWAY Restaurant and you are a international restaurant so I expected the good services. This is not 1 time I experience in your branch. Always if I’m come there in your branch easthills. Your staff is not working there to have a experience.. you’re staff is only working there for your money.. they don’t deserve there.. so many applicants there that want to work in subway.. sorry but it’s true.. thank you subway management.

Terrible!! The staff does not listen. Yes. I ordered two foot long chicken teriyaki time 8:30 Pm , date 19th Aug , first the bread was dry and chicken quantity was very Less as per my last all visits, I will never visit again?I told to team member chicken quantity is not good she answered me our boss give us directions not put proper quantity of chicken because it’s minus ➖ in inventory and she cut the potion size and save the chicken for boss , please give ? medals to your both the team members both of them deserve the same . Both were busy for maintaining your food cost that’s why your rating is horrible.I told them two time I visit subway on every two days I never seen this type of quantity and customer service in other subway.
