We were there at around 5:00 pm, the guy who was working was horrible. We ordered two subs, two drinks, and a box of cookies, he didn't give us a bag and when I asked for one ignored me and began talking to his friend on the phone while walking to the back. I didn't get his name but a horrible employee. Plus there was cross contamination, there were giant meat pieces in with the cheese and vegetables. The food tasted good but I wouldn't go there if you have dietary restrictions, the cross contamination was horrid.

I had a great experience at Subway location today! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and were incredibly polite and attentive. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient — they took the time to make sure my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it.
Loved the customer service! this Subway location really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

This place is always nice and clean the staff always greet you with a smile. Dexter, one of the staff, is always ready to help and is very consistent on the services he provides. One of the best subway branch in the city.

I recently visited this Subway location and was quite disappointed.

I bought a 6” inch veggie patty, it only had 3 toppings which were crispy onions with onions, green peppers and jalapeños.

The employee (owner)surved me yesterday's bread. bread was not good nd not fresh.

I said, Give me today's fresh bread. but still he was not surved. He’s name is “Dexter”

I asked twice to give me more crispy, but they didn't give me more, and they say that according to the rules, only 1 scoop comes. But as far as I know, they have to give it until the customer is satisfied.

Subway never charged any topping,

I also noticed the vegetables didn’t look properly cleaned or crisp.

usually enjoy Subway, but this location definitely fell short of expectations. Hope management takes feedback seriously and improves both service and cleanliness.

Staff is not good not even listening properly. I asked for toasted and grill but the did not even cutting fo 6inch each was not good. A lady was not putting correct veggies and doesn’t make sense to pay extra for grill

If you are open until 10:00pm, you don’t get to lock the doors and refuse to serve customers at 9:30pm. Unbelievable. The employees stood there ignoring my husband with the doors locked well before closing time. Just read through other reviews to find many others experiencing the same issue.

As someone who has worked in fast food in the past, I understand it’s not ideal to serve customers right up until closing time, and then leave 30+ minutes afterwards, but that’s just how it works in fast food. You can’t just decide to lock the doors early so that you get to LEAVE at closing time. I would have been fired from my fast food job if I did that, but clearly these employees have no repercussions for this, since it has been an ongoing problem for 2+ years.

Really disgusting customer service experience from "Euanne".When asking at 8pm ;is dine in still open.She said only for 15 minutes its open as I have to close the store I have to do the cleaning if you want to sit then only for 15 minutes.We said but store is open till 9 right then she said you do not know how much work I have to do and I have to go at exact 9 pm.
I am not recommending this location.Employees should know how to treat their customers.

Genuinely the worst Subway in Calgary. Super slow and rude customer service no matter the time of day or if you’re the only customer. And you can’t order on the mobile app here. Dreadful.
