I ordered through the app and said ready for pickup, but when I came to the restaurant, the staff was not aware of the order. Checked her computer and only then she saw my order. As a first time to order to that branch, gave a not so good impression of how their online app is not accurate, when the app said orders are ready for pickup when in fact, it have not been prepared yet. Also, running out of ingredients at an early time.

I just bought a sandwich and was so upset. They forgot to put mozzarella cheese which one of main ingredients of their sandwich. I saw it when I came home the taste is not good without cheese. Going back was not logical. Please be more responsible

Another wrong order via delivery. Payed for extra cheese, received NO cheese at all. Removed three different toppings, received all the toppings I removed and also none of the additional ones I added. The idiots working here should be fired.

Not sure why subway no longer has regular mustard? It's the most simple thing to get on your sub. Not going to be coming back for a long time. they are changing to many things and it's no longer a sub your way, literally your name. When the lady said there was no mustard I pretty much wanted to just walk away but I felt bad as my sandwich was already made.

Came in with my husband and my daughter for lunch. We ordered a foot long for me , a six inch for my husband and my husband asked for the kids pack for our daughter. They proceed to make a six inch sub for my daughter. They charged us $13 for a kids meal that was supposed to be $5. And when we tried to inquire the woman argued that we asked for a 6 inch kids pack, which isn’t true. We asked for the kids pack which comes with a 3 inch sub. Isn’t it her job to inform us what comes with this combo and ensure we get what we’re asking for? I will never return to this location even tho it is super close to my home. I’d rather go to the one on 52nd se where they don’t argue with the customer.Edited. Manager was able to rectify the situation and finally admit that she made a mistake. She was able to credit me back the difference. Thank you.

A very warm, welcoming staff keeping the show afloat here. Good service and one of the few establishments in the entire neighborhood whom regularly practice food safe requirements.One of the better choices to make whe eating at this plaza.

My wife just came to buy me lunch here paid cash and the guy at the cash had the audacity to ask her if she wanted all her change back. Of coarse she does. What do you think this is? You deserve a tip? NEGATIVE. YOU MAKE AN HOURS WAGE. YOU DID NOTHING EXTRA OR SPEACIAL TO DISERVE SUCH A THING. The ones who get a tip are waitresses and waiters and delivery drives.. do you job. Stop asking for tips.

I cannot say enough good things about both the staff that work here and the food taste and quality. There are a lot of Subway locations in this area that I’ve tried, but the Braeside location is easily the best out of them all. This new brisket sub really was a delicious change away from my usual grilled chicken!! The veggies were so fresh and crisp and my order was ready exactly on time (and it’s always served with a smile and thank you ) I will be back of course and I’m looking forward to trying more new menu items!!! Well done crew ☺️ You are a great team that makes this customer feel appreciated and full!!!
