This is the cheapest subway I have ever seen. Super sti gy with the toppings. 4 pieces of spinach on a six inch.
Had to ask for more, was given another 2 pieces.
2 six inch subs with hardly anything on them and too drinks, which were full because they can't water them down. 18 bucks.
Will never return here.
I've ordered one cheese & egg, and the other one was Veggie Patty. Both subs were tasty and delicious. She used the right amount of sauces and veggies. Damn, I am loving it. Must try here.

Ordered on subway app footlong chimmichurri veg sub. Picked up from store and it was very oily and oil came out of the wrap. Very disappointed with the person who made it.

My issue is only with the Self serve drink fountain.... I got Pepsi the other day and it was looking all nice and carbonated, more than normal. I looked closer and there were ants drowning in my drink. She told me to get a bottled pop instead but omg, this was traumatizing for real.

I was here today. The store was clean and staff were very pleasant. Food was great! Our sub was tasty and fresh. They provide very good service as compared to other locations.

This place is only hiring TFWs from South Asia, no jobs for Canadians. No wonder why there are always issues with service and food quality. There are many better subs in town. Avoid this place at all cost.

Today I visited the store and I told the lady that make veggie sub for me and pls include veggie patty but she was so rude and made wrong sub for me and I asked her name she started ignore me and she did racism with me after long argument she said her name is Auroua this is not fare everytime I came into this store there's a guy in the night time he always made good sub for me this is so unfair. She behaved so rudd with me.

Came here to get a meal in between my 2 jobs. Ordered my basic sandwich ( ham, cheese, and lettuce on white ). As soon as I ordered and the one girl started putting my ham on the other person had me pay, I thought this was odd but the location is close to a school so I assumed there may have been some issues with kids paying. But when it came time to put condiments on my sub it was evident why they made me pay right away. There were no toppings except red onions and about 7 pieces of green peppers. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back because they couldn't make any form of sandwich - they refused. When I asked why they didn't warn people at the beginning so they could make a different choice ( meatball sub, tuna etc. ) they shrugged and said they didn't have to. I asked if they could issue a voucher or coupon. They said they couldn't. I asked for a receipt sso I could contact customer service the next day and they refused. They were rude, gave 0 F's about any of this. The Next day I was put in contact with the manager/area manager who explained why they didn't have toppings ( shipment issues ) and was condescending "sorry I felt that way" when I told him that it was ridiculous I paid $10+ for a ham &cheese on a bun. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation to keep my business.
I also came here a few days ago with my boyfriend. He was getting a meat lovers type sub and the lady beside him was getting vegetarian. The employee put all his meat on his sub and without changing gloves started preparing vegetarian persons food. When the vegetarian told the lady she couldn't do that and she is cross contaminating the food. The lady just continued on. When we also concurred with the vegetarian lady the subway employee also just shrugged and continued on. The vegetarian lady walked off and left and the subway employee started yelling at her about leaving and not paying etc.
This place should be shut down. I've been here 3 times and 2 of them have had major issues. I will never step foot in there ever again.
**Update - I was contacted by a "Area manager" who said they "were sorry I felt that way about my service" - Felt that way? what kind of gaslighting 101 are you up to? I didn't feel anything - this is what HAPPENED. You don't know basic food practices and are a shady business who makes people pay for things you know you won't be able to provide. Total garbage business.
