Tonight we ordered the Bogo sale,”two for one” subs. We are very thankful for the discount…it’s been awhile since we had Subway cause everything is pretty expensive right now in this economy. Anyways, I ordered the pizza sub and my other half ordered a ham sub. The Pizza sub always come with marinara/pizza sauce (and if it doesn’t, I definitely did ask for it ) and it didn’t. I was OK with eating it’s as is. I just told my other half to give them a courtesy call just to kindly let them know that maybe they by chance forgot the sauce…not a problem.. just a heads up for next time. That is all. We weren’t looking for anything, not a refund or anything in return. we just wanted to let them know maybe that by mistake they forgot it. Until…The lady that answered the phone was really snarky and rude saying that she put it on it for sure and we were wrong…she was really quite rude and quick to hang up. We ordered at 7:45 PM. The receipt doesn’t say any cashier‘s name…It was a pick up order, as said we weren’t calling for any kind of complaint,refund or anything else, but just to say maybe a little mistake was made…. we didn’t expect the snarky comments from just calling to let them know. Anyways buyer beware if they get it wrong, you’re pretty much “supposed to just keep your mouth shut and eat it”.lol 🤷🏻♀️ Apparently they have these sales for a reason. Obviously they’re not doing that well and you would think their customer service would be a little better. 👍 (sorry, the picture of the receipt is all scrunched out because I did throw it out before taking the picture of it) Looking at the other real reviews, it doesn’t seem like I’m too far off or there Customer service issues.

Trying the rice bowls lately. They are quite tasty and filling. You are able to customize them to your liking. Sauces are plenty and if you regulate the amount you can keep them healthy enough. Recommend these as a great alternative to other fast food.

Extremely rude customer service, Anu and the other lady made us all feel bad. Definitely avoid this branch as they need to work on alot of stuff. Please fire the two ladies working there if you want good business. WORST EXPERIENCE, Won't be coming back EVER.

Came here for a quick bite, think it’s turned me off subway for good. When asked to add more spinach she didn’t want to, then asked to have one combo gave us two. The cookies were so dry I think they were from the day before. She seemed more interested in rushing to the back to watch a show with coworkers. Would not recommend.

My son and I didn't feel good there. The lady making our sandwich was very cheap. It felt like she was counting the staff putting on our sandwiches. Very poorly managed, in my opinion.
