If I could give a 0 star rating I GLADLY would. These nimrods gave my delivery driver the wrong order. Felt bad for him because he was not at fault and it was a waste of time for him. Now I am out of 25 dollars because of YOUR mistake and UberEats cannot refund me for something they weren’t at fault for. I hope every single person working their shift today loses their job and/or gains the common sense to be able to give someone the correct order. Just baffling. Will not be back. 2.8 star rating says a lot. Should’ve known better than to order from here
I visited this restaurant recently. It used to be a good place that I enjoyed before.
The food was very good in terms of taste and quality, but unfortunately the service was not. The new staff member was rude and did not know how to be polite or respectful with customers, which really affected the overall experience.
I hope the management pays attention to this, because good service is just as important as good food.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with the staff
I asked to use the bathroom and was told the key was “stolen by a previous customer.” Already a red flag. I continued ordering, and the employee said she could try to find the key. I explained clearly that I didn’t want to pay unless there was a working bathroom — completely reasonable.
Instead of checking, she repeatedly refused to look for the key unless I paid first, as if holding basic human needs hostage for payment. When I told her I’d simply go somewhere else if there was no bathroom, she completely lost professionalism.
She then started swearing at me in Tagalog, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. Talking trash about customers in another language while they’re standing in front of you is beyond disrespectful — it’s outright disgusting.
No yelling, no attitude from me. I just walked out and spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated like an actual human being.
This location needs serious management intervention. If this is how customers are treated over something this basic, I can’t imagine what else gets ignored here. Avoid this place.
Poor customer service, very strange lady talking over the phone loud(seems like shouting at someone) at back never came out from back. Friday morning shift lady.

i get this is a minimum wage job but the workers don't care at all and don't pay attention. I literally had to read out the instructions of how they needed to redeem my gift card because they did not care at all! they just said oh it doesn't work (it did end up working) and don't try to offer any help or solutions. one of the sandwiches was completely cold even thought they put it in the oven. I had to repeat what I wanted like 3 times for the most simple order. no one greets you, they are all in the back when you come in talking to each other. they don't even take the chairs out of the tables for people to sit.

Unenthusiastic, lazy staff who make you feel like you’re bothering them just by walking in. If they don’t like their job, then maybe they should find a different one. As soon as they saw a car pulling up, they both peeked out the window and frowned, clearly annoyed that they had to stop eating their cookies and put on an unwelcome smile.

I really do not like giving bad reviews to any business. You can see my review history, I always give positive reviews. But if something is really not good, I have to get the attention of the business owner. That is why I am writing this review.
I came to this location on 2025 11 18 at 10.30 am - 10.40 am and the owner can check what happened on the CCTV cameras. I clearly ordered what I wanted. I even repeated it to the lady at the counter two times. But she made what she wanted, not what I asked for. This happened because of poor language proficiency. She could not understand what I was saying. If you hire someone to work in your business, especially if they are dealing with customers, you need to make sure their language proficiency is good enough.

Far from Fresh & many things on the menu they don’t have … states corporate advertises it and they can’t change the menu advertised and corporate doesn’t supply them with it. Honestly more just sounds like they have there excuses figured out to put the least effort in.

Diana was a great server and my food was fresh and great
Karman is always friendly and puts a lot of care into making each sandwich just right. Her positive energy and great customer service make every visit feel special. I highly recommend!

I work close by and go eat here regularly. Diana is always polite and personable. Her sandwiches are always exactly the way i want them. Great place to grab a quick meal.
