I'm not sure if their staff are not well trained and therefore slow, or if they're chronically understaffed, or both, but this Subway seems to understand that there aren't many choices on campus for food and they take full advantage of their ability to hold their customers hostage.

Parked RIGHT infront of their building and left 5 minutes later with a $84- $120 Diamond Parking ticket.
I guess Diamond just brought the parking rights for this strip mall. I came in at 2:20 and by 2:25 when I left with my order I had a ticket.
I don't even want to know what kind of pathetic slime of a person is double dipping on their jobs in the area (judging by how quickly I got a ticket) so all of these businesses are getting a negative review too. Shame on them either taking downwards pictures so you can't see where I was parked (literally right infront of the door) or for Diamond for buying up this retail space parking.
This whole strip mall is responsible for this behavior and makes me not want to do any business here.

Had a mobile order but waited in line for 20 minutes, get to the front and say i have a order and they try to say go wait by the side when they could have made the sandwich right there! Wouldn’t have changed anything since if i was ordering right there you would have made the sandwich anyways, rude staff and horrible service, your better off going anywhere else on campus or Calgary for that matter

for this past few weeks been ordering sandwich at subway sait and everytime I come this 2 worker always work together and I am so impressed with their work ethic ,how they rotate from taking order to veggie to cashier and flow is so fast..Very customer oriented , pleasant and smiling the whole time..Sandwich is perfectly done and neat..They really went above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied.. Thank you guys! Must come back
Absolutely terrible service, I’ve gone here 3 times this month and if I could give 0 stars I would, all the people that work there have a serious attitude problem, I’ve never experienced that level of rudeness from a subway worker, if you don’t like your job or what you do maybe quit or don’t make everyone miserable around you, can’t even smile and every topping you ask is thrown on andfor is like asking the world of them, extremely self centred people that should be humbled. SAIT I’m sure there’s other people that would be happy to work there, someone’s making way too much money off all these students to have employees like that. Be better, everyone’s stressed.

I’ve been ordering the veggie patty sub from this Subway for a while, and it used to be amazing—generous sauces, flavorful subs, and always available. But lately, the veggie patty is almost never available on the app, and my last 5-7 orders have been disappointing. Even when I select "more" for sauces, they either skip them or add so little that the sandwich tastes bland. Hoping these issues get fixed soon—I really miss the old quality and consistency!
