Best subway experience to date. As a frequent subway flyer, this was the best visit to date. Shoutout Kathy for being friendly and an absolute weapon in terms of making a sando. Being served my sub in a basket was amazing, haven’t seen that in a while. Great spot.

There was plenty of parking available. The restaurant was clean and the ladies' washroom was spotless.
I ordered on the app, so although there was a large line up, I was able to go straight to the cashier to pick up my order. The service was very friendly and efficient. I arrived five minutes before my order was scheduled for pick-up, but it was ready and well packed when I got there.
We appreciated the extra cookie too!

The friendly ladies there make fresh savory sub sandwiches! My recommendation would be the Great Canadian Club sub with BBQ sauce and more!

Came in a few minutes before 9pm on May 26 and didn’t realize they were closing. I thought they open until 10pm but it was the other location on Richmond road that opens later. Anyhow, I found out the store was closing in a few minutes when I asked the employees as they were so aggressive and pushy while asking what I wanted on the sandwiches. Had I known they were closing in 5, I would not have placed an order.

Ah yes, Subway. The place where a pregnant woman in her final trimester gets told she can’t use the bathroom without buying a sandwich first. Because clearly, human biology waits for a receipt.
My friend didn’t ask for much. Just a quick stop to relieve herself, something she’s done here before with no issue. But today? Denied. Coldly. By the employee on duty, as if basic compassion is some kind of luxury.
I wasn’t there, but hearing this genuinely made me lose what little respect I had left for this chain. If a pregnant woman’s comfort comes second to a $6 sub, you’ve officially lost the plot.

My daughter is in her final trimester of pregnancy. She’s still working, still pushing through every day with strength and grace, despite the exhaustion and discomfort that comes with carrying a child. On Wednesday morning around 7 AM, she went into this Subway location. as she’s done plenty of times before, to use the restroom. A simple, human necessity. One that any decent person would understand, especially in her condition.
But not this time.
The woman working there, whom I hope never has to rely on the kindness of strangers herself, coldly denied her access to the washroom unless she made a purchase. No empathy. No flexibility. No basic human decency. Just a heartless policy parroted by someone so void of compassion that she could look at a heavily pregnant woman and still say: “Buy something first.”
Let me be perfectly clear: My daughter wasn’t looking for a handout—she was looking for a toilet. And if you think pregnancy should come second to profits, or that a $5 sandwich means more than someone’s dignity, then you shouldn’t be in business. You certainly shouldn’t be in hospitality.
This wasn’t just a poor customer service experience. It was inhumane and frankly disgusting. I’m ashamed for that woman, and for whoever trained her to treat people this way.
To Subway: You’ve lost not only my respect, but my business. And I will make sure anyone I know hears about what kind of “hospitality” you offer pregnant women in need.
Do better. Or close your doors.

To the folks at Subway, and to anyone who values basic decency listen up.
My pregnant wife, who’s deep into her final trimester and still working, stopped by a Subway she’s visited many times, sometimes just for a quick restroom break on her way to get breakfast. It’s never been a problem before.
But today? The employee working at 7 AM (Female) on Wednesday May 21 2025 flatly denied her access to the restroom unless she made a purchase. despite her clearly being pregnant and in obvious need. No compassion. No understanding. Just a robotic “rules are rules” attitude.
Let’s get something straight: when a visibly pregnant woman asks to use the bathroom, the decent thing to do is let her go. Full stop. This isn’t just bad customer service it’s a failure of basic human empathy.
So now, not only is Subway overpriced, but apparently, basic humanity comes with a receipt.
Shop elsewhere if you value kindness, respect, and common decency.
You don’t wanna eat food that has hate baked into it.

Terrible service the staff doesn’t even bother to listen to you we all know we have to work fast and everything but they are not fast and smooth they are just grabbing and snatching l. There is a difference in being smooth/fast and snatch/grab fast, these are snatch/grab fast. Doesn’t even bother to change their gloves and when they give tray there is no napkin and paper on the tray how disrespectful.

I always have a great experience at this Subway location! The staff are consistently so kind and friendly—it really makes a difference. I usually order through SkipTheDishes, and every time they include a free cookie with my order, which is such a thoughtful and sweet gesture (literally!). It's the little things like that that keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location!
