I used the subway app to place my order for 2 footlong subs and a cookie and I picked up a bit late so the food was warm, my fault though. The lady I dealt with was nice. When I brought the food home, one of the subs was not toasted (we ordered toasted) and we had maybe 6 crunchy onions on each sub and they were only on half of the sub. I am disappointed and will likely not go to that location again.

Went there around midnight to grab a sandwich — which, by the way, was decent. But surprisingly, both washrooms were “out of order.” I guess the idea is: come for the food, but don’t expect to stay long… or feel human.
Strange how a place wants late-night business but doesn’t offer basic amenities. Staff didn’t seem too concerned either — maybe fixing the “Out of Order” signs was the most work done all night.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any professional establishment. The front desk staff during the night shift—two young women—were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit to represent any kind of customer-facing business. No greeting, no courtesy, and an attitude that was downright arrogant and dismissive. On top of that, their appearance and hygiene were concerning for a public-facing role.
The level of disrespect and lack of basic professionalism made the entire visit extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like customer service was the last thing they cared about. I’m shocked this location operates with such low standards, and I genuinely question how management has allowed this to continue.
If the owner or management cares even slightly about their business, they need to seriously reevaluate who they’re trusting at the front desk—especially during night shifts. This kind of behavior drives customers away.

We go here regularly and they remember us and always remember to wipe knife before cutting due to my husbands allergies. Only negative I have is veggies has gotten thinner sliced, prob bc of inflation, but I make sure to ask for more to compensate.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Falconridge Subway location. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable — not just poor, but disrespectful and careless.
I’m vegetarian and ordered a veg sub, only to witness the server Gurjeet make a non-veg sub and then use the same gloves to touch vegetables. That’s cross-contamination — it’s against food safety practices and basic customer respect. When I politely asked her to change gloves, she said, “Sorry, there will be contamination anyway. Don’t tell me anything, talk to my owner.” That kind of dismissive attitude is completely unprofessional.
Then another staff member, Simran, stepped in and instead of resolving the situation, she escalated it. Her response? “Do you want the order or not?” — with a tone and attitude that clearly suggested vegetarians aren’t welcome. The entire exchange felt like they wanted me to leave for simply asking for proper hygiene.
If this is the staff representing your business, you’re not just losing customers — you’re damaging your brand. This was once my go-to location, but after today, I’ll never return. Thankfully, I went to the 68 St. Subway location right after, and the team there was professional, kind, and respectful — exactly how customer service should be.
To the owner: This is serious. You need to re-train your staff — or replace them — if you care about food safety, ethics, and customer loyalty. Staff like this will only cost you business.

My mom ordered two 6 inch subs. The lady pulled out one footlong and one 6 inch. My mom didn’t notice until the lady already put meat on the footlong. She told her “sorry I actually ordered two 6 inch” and the lady replied “no you ordered a footlong”. Then she threw down the cheese like she was having a hissy fit so my mom just ended up saying nevermind just keep the footlong. Grreaaaattt service. Avoid this location

I have been coming to this place for years had bad experiences today its due to staff over all its second time in row thought to leave review this time, coupon they didn't accept i dono why? I tld them i have app but no option on screen to add ur number i dont want anything but owner singh sahib plz plz train ur new staff better.

The girl working in the morning today was very unprofessional and rude. We were getting footlongs for a family trip and were really excited but our experience at subway ruined it. We were trying to use two coupons and asked a few questions about it and she responded very rudely. She messed up a part of our order but we didn't make it a big deal, she acted as if her messing up was OUR fault. She also shamed us for using two coupons and said it wasn't allowed, but we were splitting the cost and using two different payment methods so it wasn't a problem. I would honestly give zero stars, this experience was really disappointing, do better.

I give 0 star. Very unprofessional and rude girl. I ordered 2 teriyaki crunch foot longs. In their menu it shows crispy onions in it. But she didn’t put onions even didn’t ask for onions. We did dine in, she didn’t give us trays and when we asked for crispy onions she was so rude. I don’t recommend anyone to visit here. Totally disappointing.

Great Service! The girls working the night shift are doing a great job. They are very patient. They have provided very professional and fast service. I ordered a veggie sub last night around 10 p.m.It was very fresh and tasty. Thank you very much for your amazing service.
I would give zero stars. Very uneducation and unprofessional girls do work here. We come here thrice a week to eat here, mostly nachos. Today at around midnight we came here, and two girls were working, and we ordered two nachos, and the one who made the order, didn’t put the cheese at all, or very little, and very less veggies, but trust me we didn’t saw any cheese at all. I am gonna attach the photos as well for the reference. We asked them to three or four times to do something about it, and at the end she said she will add the cheese and veggies, but will not touch it. I replied what we gonna do with the raw cheese then? And she started to argue. Then we had to raise our voice tooo, then she got on the other side and started to blame is for this food. She said that we already eat the cheese, and now we are making the issue. Without the doritos and the sauce is anyone seeing else in that? There are a lot other bad reviews that I saw today about the night girl, i guess she’s the one. When i told that I’ll file the complaint of her, she said she don’t care about it. One girl didn’t said a word, but the other was very rude and unethical. I don’t know why she’s still serving the customers. We not gonna come here back, although we enjoyed before with other middle aged women that works here, who’s also very nice. But this girl today, she don’t know how to make food and what the customer service means. The franchise really needs to do something about her.
AVOID IS THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. I think this place is scamming ppl; avoid this subway. I ordered two regular foot long sub meals and the price came to 47$ didn’t order any extra meat or extra anything. Refused to give me a receipt.
I’m a vegetarian and visited this Subway recently. I ordered a veggie sub while my friend ordered a chicken sub. Unfortunately, the staff member didn’t change her gloves between handling meat and my vegetarian sub, and she used the same knife without cleaning it. This is really disappointing and unacceptable for someone who avoids meat for personal reasons. On top of that, she was quite rude when we asked about it, and the overall cleanliness of the place wasn’t great either. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves food handling practices and customer service.
I came around 3 am to buy footlong with chicken and a girl in the night she made my food nicely.
