Fantastic service by savi.. always makes my subs perfect with the amount of veggies that I like which is a lot.. she doesn't skimp on any of them.. her customer service is exceptional.. I would recommend my family and friends to come to this location

Everytime I go here I’m just met with attitude. Especially from Savi. This person shouldn’t be in customer service if she treats the customer this bad will never go here as long she works here and I’m going to get my friends and family to avoid this place as well

The advantage of going to a franchise to eat is supposed to be uniformity and predictability in the product that you will receive.
I ordered a chicken salad and was asked 4 times if I want rice ? in the bowl too. I kept declining the rice because it is a chicken salad. Once we made it past that, it became obvious that she was intent on providing as few ingredients as possible. She grabbed as few ingredients as possible to place in the bowl. What resulted is the smallest salad that I have ever had from a Subway. The actual taste was comparable, but the size was easily 1/4-1/3 less than other Subway locations for the same price.
People notice when staff try to cut back on ingredients. You think that you are making money on the savings when in reality you are losing a customer. I shouldn't have to ask for more in the biwl to just get what I am supposed to get in the first place. An ABUNDANCE mindset will attract Abundance into your business.

This place is pretty good. I come here often because the staff is friendly. However, I wish they would add a little extra to the sandwiches without having to ask, as they can look a bit boring otherwise. Last time I was here, I saw the guy with the beard scolding his employees, which I didn't like. Maybe if he treated them better, they would add an extra piece of cucumber to our sandwiches. On a positive note, I appreciate that they change their gloves frequently and wash their hands often.
