When I say I have never dealt with a more happy customer service team. Just know I'm telling the truth but here is the exception. Subway is better than anything else, especially the one here at Marlborough mall whenever they make my sandwiches, they always wicked with a smile and that's how I know that that specific sandwich is going to be the best thing I've ever had and honestly it is. They always put the right amount of veggies and the right amount of sauce even though it is obviously protocol but they know how to do it right and that's why I'm saying this specific subway location always had a special place in my heart and my stomach

They don't fill the sub properly. The manager is kind of lost. She doesn't know about the surveys and how you can get cookies for free at any location. It literally says in the terms and conditions for Subway. Maybe she doesn't know how to read or she is just too cheap. Hope management changes.

this location does not take coupon from the app. I had a valid coupon when they scanned it , they said the coupon is not working. what's the point of having promo when it cannot be redeemed. they should has adjusted the order as per coupon. very disappointing.

Service is good. But my chicken was cold. Asked server to change it but she just microwaved it. Told her the veggies will get soggy. She insisted no. Got my chicken wrap back with soggy veggies. Ate just 1/3 of the wrap. So disappointing.
