The rudest employees i have ever dealt with. Do better.
Never again. I moved to this community 16 years ago and have been a customer at this store ever since. Tonight we went for 3 subs. They were out of most bread offering only 2,no green peppers, no cookies. Many veggies were subpar including soggy cucumbers. The staff didn't care, we felt like we were burdening them. The last few experiences at this location haven't been great but tonight will be the last at this location. I cannot recommend this location.

I came in with a coupon and the young lady working was rude, and the sandwich was pitiful. Was told I only had a choice of 2 vegetables??? Me..What??

We visited this Subway location as a family, and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. My father has health issues that make it difficult for him to chew larger pieces of food, and we politely explained this to the staff, asking if they could please chop a few of the veggies for his sub. To our surprise, they refused—rudely—despite the clear health-related reason.
Jaspreet, in particular, was incredibly disrespectful. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times, including when I simply asked for extra onions on my own sub (which had only 3 cucumbers and 3 tomato slices on a full footlong veggie sub). Her attitude was unprofessional, and she seemed more interested in rushing through orders than offering even basic customer service. When we asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there wasn't one.
Other Subway locations have always been respectful and accommodating to my father's condition, but this was a stark contrast. Jaspreet continued to show no regard for our request, tossing vegetables onto the sandwich carelessly. When I asked her to wrap my sub so we could leave, she flat-out refused and told me to wrap it myself—even though I hadn’t touched the food.
Eventually, another employee had to step in. This was by far the worst customer service we've experienced at any Subway. We will be filing a formal complaint regarding their disregard for customers with health and dietary needs. No one should be treated this way.
The staff were not welcoming or friendly, tried giving me the scraps of what was left in the food bins and then not topping my sandwich up! The sauce i got was one swift swipe across the sandwich. It's a flat dry footlong cold cut that was placed on a dirty sheet to be wrapped and not even closed properly! This is my local subway and will not be going back.

How is sub way all out of bread at dinner time. ( 6:00) ?
Customer service so bad it's ridiculous. Employee was rude and gave the vibe she does not like customers at all not even a friendly hi! The toppings were brown and old and and Nothing was fresh! Never going back there. Go at your own risk. We literally walked out when the girl gave attitude when asking about food items. Would not waste your hard earned money here!

I went here today after avoiding this location for months because of different issues. I ended up going to a different location because 40 minutes after opening, they were unable to serve me a warm sandwich as the oven was still warming. Another time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, I was told they were out of the potato buns, so she would make it on a sub bun, but I was charged for 2 regular six inches. Yes these are are little things, but this location always has something not working/avaliable, or the staff are too unapproachable to bother coming back.

Not only was I given dry, old, and hard disgusting bread that flaked off everywhere when I attempted to eat it. But the girl behind the counter was rushing me through my order, rude and unfriendly. I work in the customer service industry myself and the staff at this location need some serious training or coaching on how to welcome a guest and leave them with a good experience.

We moved to the area about 2-3 months ago and we have visited this location 4 times now. This will be the last time we come here.
From the first time we went there, we felt rushed and the staff seem annoyed that you’re there.
My dinner was ruined by SOGGY BREAD!!
I ordered the rotisserie chicken sandwich and the juice that the chicken sits in was put in my sandwich. After calling the restaurant to fix the issue, she proceeded to tell me that the “water” goes in the sub with it.
She’s offered to replace the sub, but at this point, after we’ve visited 4 times and every time we’re disappointed with the food/service.
I’m done with this location and I’m willing to drive the extra 8 mins to another location but that’s very ridiculous that this is what we have to go through to have subway for dinner. 👎🏽👎🏽

Miserable workers, our bag ripped and subs fell on the floor after she told me to “grab the sides” of the bag.. I asked for another bag and told her that the bottom of the bag is what she should tell people to grab and she yelled back “I told you!”.. weird and miserable experience

Joy did not live up to her name. Rude and snappy quite the unpleasant experience. I will not be back here.
Ordered two sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted and were barely warm had the wrong sauces put on both. And they were definitely not made with love and tasted horrible. Also the girl who made them was visibly on something and very out of it.
