I usually love subway but this specific location is garbage. The same sub I order at any other subway puts the proper amount of each ingredient but this location cheaped out on everything. I also asked to use the washroom and was told it's out of service but then a little girl came and asked and all of a sudden she was allowed to use the washroom even though no one else was working so how could it have been back in service all of a sudden?? At that point I almost wanted to just walk out and take my business elsewhere. Also the soups of the day were posted and I asked for one but the lady working said she'd have to make more and that takes time and I told her im in no rush then she said they were out of more. I would understand if things were busy since she was alone workimg but there was only myself in line then a little girl with her mom behind me so yeah idk making sure I never go there again.

As a great fan of subway , I went to this location at 8:30pm for the very first time and I was impressed with the service the girl provided me . She was so pleasant and made my order as per the instructions. I would love to visit this place again.

The person who is working during closing time is extremely rude and she doesn’t care about customers experience and need. She was just considering to go early and close the subway rather than giving well prepared sub to us. Such people don’t deserve opportunity to work and get well paid. At least they must know about themselves what job they are doing is accurate and perfect.

Whoever was working night shift on Feb 18th, didn’t microwave the veggie patties which was cold and ruined the taste of whole Sub. Never coming back.
Best to avoid this location. I'll give 2 stars because they used to have consistently well made subs here but something drastically changed lately. Last couple orders have been terrible with extremely skimpy toppings even after selecting 'more'. Won't revisit this location again. There are several other Subways within a few minutes, so save yourself the disappointment.

The service isn't particularly good, they're not entirely rude but not very nice. But most importantly, every online order I made with them they didn't toast my bread, they left out the cheese, the meat was almost absent, the veggies were lacking and nothing on my order was followed correctly.

Employee racism. Sorry for rushing me while I was looking at the menu (there were no customers behind me)??? what??? Keep doing that.
I have to choose cheese, sorry for muttering something like this? I told him to ignore it. They asked me to put cheddar cheese in it, so I asked, ‘What are you doing?’ He said, ‘Is cheddar okay?’ I said ‘no’, so they threw the cheddar that had already been put on top of the food back into the container and added the cheese I had chosen.
Even when giving food, they don't even ask if you want to eat or take it, and just give it to you like you're throwing away trash along with toilet paper. When I asked about the paper bag, they just threw it to me.
I will never go again, and even if my friends go, I will stop them. Racial discriminatory treatment is unacceptable.
I hope that the store provides proper training to its employees.
