Have been in bridgeland for 10 years these last couple of years the quality has gone down. The lady working tonight is rude and slow and the sun was out together without care barely any lettuce when I asked for a bit more she gave me a dirty look. How can you ask for a tip when there’s only poor service. Once I payed and sat to eat she went in the back and started blasting things from her phone

Did not have a good experience here last night.I have been a long time Subway customer and do go to different locations as well.Through the app they had 6 free cookies with foot long purchase. I tried to figure it out myself and couldn’t get it to work.The manager had no clue about the promotion and didn’t offer to help me at all.I decided to still get sub. The manager didn’t offer to give me even one free cookie when the app said 6.What really made me mad is I asked for small cup of water as they do have cold water at their soft drinks counter. She asked if she could get me tap water from sink.I’ve ate at lot of subway sandwiches at my life at many locations and no one has ever said this to me.I don’t think I’ll ever be back at this location ever again. Did not leave her feeling valued or welcomed.

It's subway nothing special nothing extra. Just get ya grub and go
I love Subway, and will continue to eat there, but I have never had a good sandwich at this location. It’s either the veggies are no good or even the bread will taste weird or old. I’ve tried multiple times, and to be fair it is mostly after 7, but usually still a few hours away from closing. After this last time, I’ll be driving to one of the other locations not too far away, as no one likes a sad sandwich.

I was having breakfast today and the employee that was working there she didn’t make feel comfortable while I was eating because she was looking at me and falsely accusing me of refilling my soda while I was only was trying to fill the cup with water and she told me that’s the rule no refills of water or drinks. The ladies washroom was out of service, she told me to use the men
