On a Thursday night (Nov 21, 2024) when the website and the door says it closes at 10pm I tried to go in to order food at exactly 9:13pm and the doors were locked. I also looked up and saw through the glass that the employee behind the counter was standing there on his phone reaching into the lettuce with no gloves whatsoever and shoving it in his mouth. This location is very unsanitary and inconvenient for closing more than 45 minutes early just cause the employee got hungry

Perhaps should be reviewed the published time on Maps of the place. I went Sunday some minutes before 9pm as per Map indicates that store closes at 9:30 pm. It was very uncomfortable when the service guy was preparing our order to go. That looked as a funeral. We left at 9:08 pm and inmediately the iron courtain was closed

This is the second time I had to wait over an hour for skip delivery. I phoned subway the guy on the phone was rude said my order went with the driver, then said they never got the order and hung up on me. I will never buy from this subway ever again.
I watched the subway worker Eduardo not only be be rude to his customer but then yell at her in front of young children!! His unacceptable behavior left me appalled!! This is also not the first time I've witnessed this kind of behavior at this subway. However I refuse to spend my money at a business that doesn't respect their customers so along with others I chose to leave and WONT be coming back!!
