I’m giving it a 3 out of 5 due to the fact that the food and people are great, but every time I go in, I watch the servers make the food and they do not change their gloves with cross contamination. Today, my lady did half my sandwich, went to the till with the Sam gloves, touched the till and payment system, then went right back to my sandwich. It’s not healthy or professional. Please advise staff that gloves do not make you invulnerable to germs.

I ordered a footlong Veggie Patty combo with cookies and a drink, and it was a great experience! The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and packed with all the toppings I love. The veggie patty had a nice taste and texture, making it really satisfying. The veggies were crisp, the bread was soft, and everything was made just the way I asked. The cookies were warm, soft, and the perfect sweet treat to end the meal. Along with a refreshing drink, it made for a filling and delicious combo.
Subway never disappoints when it comes to freshness and customization—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was using the bathroom and finished. I went to go grab my wallet in my vehicle, and as I was walking out, the little manager/owner began to yell at me for using his bathroom, assuming I was not going to eat there. I explained to him that I was working in the area and will be eating there. He proceeded to scold me telling me to go use the bathroom at Tim hortons. I told him that this is not how to treat customers, and he yelled at me stating he was the owner. I told him that because of the way he was acting he lost my business.
Subway corporate: Please guide this owner/operator in proper customer relations, as this was very unprofessional. Please take a look at the security footage so that you can provide proper learning for this individual. Unacceptable!!!

Holy my food was fast today! Just moved offices and this is the closest location to us. Everything was fresh and well made - No mistakes and they gave hearty amounts of what I wanted on the sub! Loved the little personalized note they included - I got a good laugh at work. Keep it up you guys!!
