Horrible customer experience, I received a sub with one slice of cheese on it and not toasted despite the order saying to be toasted. I called the store and the worker decided to yell at me and demand that they had done it correctly. Would not recommend.

Used to be a great place to go. Now, miniscule toppings are offered (pressure from the owner?), with one staff member looking like she lacked the will to live, which is draining to see as a paying customer. Extremely overpriced for what you are given. No interest in ever returning. Subway franchises are closing for legitimate reasons, based on what is observed in how they operate.

I bought it from them today and there was an elderly worker who was beating badly. I was talking on the phone, so she asked me to close the call and she had no right to do that, as it was rude, this is the last time I bought from them

I ordered a gluten-free sub, my mistake! In my defense I have had really good gluten free bread from subway previously. The bread I received today way so dry it disintegrated with the first bit. Secondly when assembling my sub there was two pieces of Turkey left in the tray. The person assembling put the two pieces on my sub then proceeded to the next sub items. I know I normally get 4 pieces of Turkey any time my sub is made. I said can I have more meat please. She took the container, went to the back and came out with a handful of turkey, left the container in the back and began piling the meat on (I was charged for double meat ….) she then put the extra meat on the lid of another container. Not a good sub. Questionable food handling.

I added about 5 sauces to my sandwich when I placed online order through skip. only two sauces were in my sandwich. if you want to do cost cutting then why do you even open your restaurant? I am paying for my sandwich not asking for free sauces. then why dont you at least have some decency to provide customers with what they pay for. PS- dont sell dry sandwiches.
