I have never seen a hojicha latte before, and although I would prefer just having the straight tea, it was interesting.
The lemon tart I had was delicious. Bright, sharp burst of citrus flavour and a delightful crust.
The strawberries and cream croissant was also quite pleasant. I think I would've preferred the strawberries and cream to be chilled, though the person I was with thinks it would've been better warm. Agree to disagree.
The washroom B is the most awkward washroom I've ever seen with a tiny room and sink in the way. As a guy, I had to stand at an angle from the toilet. Not a big deal. Just awkward.
Nice place to go if you’re looking to grab cookies to go. Their shortbread in particular are tasty
Delicious food, had croissant sandwiches, cake, and a danish. But pretty busy and a squeeze. Seems hard for staff to keep up.
Nope to their coffee ..... few time the manager made me coffee which tasted really good but oh man , next other times I been there & it's been made by other staff it tasted disgusting I can say timHorton coffee taste much better compare to what i been experiencing lately better to buy coffee from the Starbucks which is located in the safeway only few steps away then you can get your pastry from there which their pastry is actually good & hopefully stays the same .... today which is the last day I will ever get my coffee from there besides the horrible cold & tap watery taste the cap was not placed properly and half of it poured on me while I opened the door to step out of store .... horrible
The lemon tart was delicious and the macaroons look amazing, can’t wait to eat them tonight!!
The owner is truly exceptional! She created the cake for my wedding, and it was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. From start to finish, she was a pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell her desserts are made with love and genuine care, not just for business. I wholeheartedly recommend this café for any special occasion—you won't be disappointed!
no one answers the phone. calling in to inquire about allergens. called a few times? no one answers.
This place never disapoints, good coffee, good croissants, and good staff.
Visiting Sucre for Easter high tea around 2pm today and it was one of the best experiences of my life. First time drinking high tea and everything exceeded my expectations.
From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. My mother and I were truly feel of caring, and every experience became more special from this cafe.
I would especially like to mention a lovely person who treated me to tea. She was so kind and meticulous that I felt like I was treated a lot. Also, I was really surprised by the lady wearing glasses that prepared the food and helped me with the payment today! I forgot about the Easter Bunny-shaped cookies when I went out after payment, and I was really touched by the care of the staff who came out and tried to give it to me again. I could see the care and hard work they put into everything.
This was the most delicious pastry and bread I've ever had in Calgary. The mochi doughnuts were really noticeable, but the cream on top was delicious, and the doughnut itself was really delicious.
Thank you very much for the kindness and consideration of the staff today. Thank you for making my lunch a memorable time. I had a great time and can't wait to go back!
We had the Easter high tea today, 2 people for $55! The food was amazing, the tea was decent but the staff were extremely kind and attentive. They also do a regular high tea for a lower price and I think it is easily the best value high tea in the city! Super cute and tasty desserts, with great balance of savory items. Would recommend!

The Easter High Tea was a wonderful experience. The food is amazing and there is a lot to share! Our highlights were the egg and avocado and the strawberry and cream croissant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had a fantastic experience
I stopped in one day on my way home and treated myself.
Latte was great, as was my pastry.
Enjoyed it so much I stopped in on my way to work.
I'm never disappointed.
Went for “High tea”. Food was very good, however, the tea was bland and had no flavour ( we ordered creamy earl grey). One thing that puzzled me is that the table set up was lacking. No teaspoons were provided, and the milk for tea was served in a regular glass with a spoon in it. We had to stir our tea with a knife. Everything just seemed random I feel that maybe this establishment should do a little research in table set up and etiquette.
Very nice place and options to eat and drink. But I didn’t have my best experience when I asked for matcha with almond milk and no sugar. When i almost finished it i realized it was done with whole milk, and sugar. In a to go cup when i asked to stay. Tiramisu was too sweet. I don’t recommend it.
Great coffee, great staff. Always so friendly.
