On going parking ticket scam by Diamond Parking at Sunset Grill . On April 30th, 2024 , I drove to the parking location near Sunset Grill from Dollarama. I parked my car near Sunset Grill(not at the Sunset Grill parking where it says the parking is for Sunset grill) at 5.10pm . I went to Walmart and came back in 10 mins and saw a( $83 )parking ticket by Diamond parking was attached to my windshield . Upon inspection, I found a new banner on the light post saying Maximum 3 hour parking while conducting business on this property. This banner is only visible if you drive into the lot while driving from Walmart. Please see the attached video to prove that it's not visible from the direction of Dollarama. (I went to the location the next day to get the video )I found out the person who issued the ticket and the funny thing is that this person is sitting in a tinted Lexus sedan ( please see picture of the scsmmer) and he is sitting in the backseat parked at Walmart's parking ( close to where we leave the carts ) waiting for people to park at the location so that he can issue ticket . There was another person in the same situation and we spoke to the scammer. We asked him why he issued the ticket for us as it's clear that Sunset Grill closes at 3pm and there is no visible sign saying no parking at this property. He said to call the number in the ticket and they will explain and he's just a worker . I called the number and it's very clear that they have zero interest in listening to what I had to say and they keep on saying to pay the $83. I told them I will report this and their response was . " stop saying that you will do it and do it " .I do respect Businesses and I don't encroach their parking . I park far away from Walmart and Sunset Grill. This is ridiculous and totally disappointed in this .

First it seems expensive when you looked at the menu but when the dish came it was huge. It was definitely bigger than the normal portion. Nice environment and good service. I was surprised that it wasn’t busy on Saturday afternoon. Definitely will come again with girlfriend and share one order.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. This place was awesome. Food was cooked perfect and the portion size was large. This gets 5 stars from me always. Great food… check. Large portions… check. Lots of food options… check. Good coffee… check. I will be back.

Tried this place out for the first time. Was very pleased with the customer service that our table recieved. The staff that helped us were kind and paid attention to detail. The food was cooked well, however I would say the food is not packing a ton of flavor. Seasoning and sauces are your friend especially if you are a breakfast hash fan. If you add sauces or sides it does really help build flavor. I would come back based on the quality service that was provided!
