I order 2 large and 2 regular size, but they gave me all regular size. Even though, this is the third times I order milk tea from this store😡

Their freshly grapes is what I buy regularly. Amazing drinks and lots of options. Lots of seating.

It is my first time to come here. Alvia is very kind to me and given me so many nice choices. I am really happy to come back again. The bubble tea is awesome.

Came to try SunTea for the first time and it was amazing! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the server (Ash) was very nice! Ordered the Fleshy Mango Slush with Coconut Milk with half sugar and it tasted amazing!

Good tea, cute aesthetic. Feels like a small business punching above its weight. A bit frayed at the edges, but don't let it get in your way.

Their mochi roasted milk is delicious. Service is okay they’re short staffed sometimes so expect to wait longer. Kyla was amazing and friendly.

I always order the same drink with the same sugar level at both the Brentwood and Beacon Hill locations. However, at Brentwood, the taste is inconsistent every time. I ordered the same drink again today, and from the very first sip, it was much sweeter than I expected. I had specifically ordered half sugar, but the drink was clearly not made that way. When I brought this up to the staff, they insisted it was half sugar. I even suggested them to try themselves, but instead of checking, they just remade the drink—without an apology.
Another issue I’ve noticed at this location is that I’m often left waiting at the counter for a long time before anyone takes my order. If you want customers to use the self-ordering machine, please place a clear sign at the counter.
Overall, the drinks and service at this location are disappointing compared to the Beacon Hill branch. I strongly recommend retraining the staff to ensure better consistency and customer service.

Never ever visit again!!! Got food poisoning from the drink I bought there. Indeed, both side of the shops (drinks and rice rolls side) are disorganized and dirty in general. Those giving them 5 stars likely wanted to earn their 10%off on their drinks! Disgrace

You get to order and customize your drink on a screen. There are some dessert too! It's not too pricy and really is worth the money you spend.

I’m a big fan of various types and flavors of bubble tea here, including the boba milk tea flush, eastern teas like qimen black milk tea, peach oolong milk tea, camellia oolong milk tea, and jasmine green tea. I also love the grass jelly fresh milk and mochi roasted milk tea, especially the Japanese style. The servers at SunTea Bubble are incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help. The ambiance of the store is warm and diverse, with every corner carefully designed, including the adorable automatic count sign for the increasing Instagram followers! In short, I highly recommend SunTea Bubble Tea Store.

Alvia was so sweet and helpful! She made great drink suggestions and made the visit really fun. Loved the vibe she brought to the shop!
