My children loved it but for a person with a frustrating allergy not the place to go. They basically told me not to eat here for my health so at least they warned me?

Always great food and dessert.
Lovely people working here! They are always happy and beyond pleasant. I witnessed two employees dealing with an embarrassment of a man today, asking one of the employees if they “spoke English” when they very clearly did, and speaking to both of them as if they were children. They handled it with grace and kept the atmosphere kind throughout. I did my part and scolded the man myself afterwards. People like that deserve to be knocked down several pegs. The staff there are amazing. They deserve to always be treated as such. The food is also fantastic :)

Record breaking worst croissants ever. They look like a pancake (flat). I used to like Sunterra croissants.
This is absolutely in the Hall of Shame of the Croissants. That's very irresponsible of whoever decided to sell that pancake as a croissant. I'm very disappointed.

I like their dessert and cooked food - also good for quick food. they used quality ingredients and have spots to eat as well so it’s not only a grab and go

Best breakfast value in Calgary
Great shops all over the city. Nice place to grab a quick bite and some interesting grocery items. Service is always excellent!
$5 for a large tea. Friend ordered spaghetti, he says he didn't like it.
I have been here quite a few times and have had some decent items but have recently been quite disappointed. I got spaghetti to go and it was awful. It was incredibly dry and tasteless, not to mention it was almost $30 and I ended up throwing most of it out. I also got a matcha latte and it basically tasted like hot water with a tiny bit of milk. I ended up dumping it out after I paid over 5$ for it. Some staff are lovely and friendly but others are quite rude. I was ordering my latte today and mid order another staff member started chatting with the staff member at the till. Super hit or miss place.

Melese was such a great help giving out options of what to eat.
Ended up getting the mushroom medley quiche and cheddar broccoli quiche, both were so delicious
Food it's good , location it's great, however, staff still needs proper direction and training after many years.
Recently the extra room they had disappeared, so bot much room to seat anymore , patio it's nice but they forget to turn on patio heaters
Some staff it's nice and client oriented , some other staff needs to work on good customer service
They make the absolute best london fogs! Premade wraps for lunch are also pretty good, but not amazing. Staff are nice but seem unfocused.
Every time I order a specialty coffee I'm disappointed. The cappuccino is more like a latte, the latte just as bad. I find a general lack of attention, e.g. when I specifically ask for a to-stay mug, I'm given a to-go cup anyway. There seems to be indifference to quality of service, this and inferior product quality, a result of insufficient staff training. I don't think I will go there for coffee again. Too bad, because I like the atmosphere.
I still like the breads, so I will continue buying my favorite loaves.
Pre-ordered a cake for a family member's 60th birthday by phone. I even made a point to confirm the time, the date, as well as the store location (Kensington) before ending our call. On the day of pick up, my order was no where to be found.
The only interaction with the store supervisors/management was a woman telling me they're looking into what happened to my order and would I like to order a coffee while I waited. I assume a man and a woman were management positions as they were the only two staff members who did not wear uniforms. Waited about 15mins. She never followed up with me and the guy supervisor/manager ignored with me the entire time and he even walked past me at one point during my wait. Him and the woman were both aware of this situation as they both heard about the missing order from the initial server I approached at the till. I ended up having to ask a server for a cake from their display as I was now late for going to the birthday meal and didn't want to show up without a cake. We then heard from this server that they weren't able to track down our pre-ordered cake.
Extremely disappointing customer service as I've been a loyal customer for decades since I love their food! No apologies whatsoever, no acknowledgement of fault, no answers and no offers to set their mistake right or for the inconveniences caused. I'm appalled at the cowardice and lack of customer care from their management on site that day.
