Wow, that was terrible. I don’t know how you train your servers, but they were literally throwing the dishes. They didn’t even come to the table properly — just tossed the plates and left. The service quality was awful. I will never come back to this place again. Please train your staff better. This was a complete mess.

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Food was fresh and tasted great, service was amazing... my server literally smiled the entire time, he was very informative and helpful and Attentive , the food came out very quickly. The vibe was great in there. Wasn’t cheap but I felt was worth every penny. My family had a lovely time!

Canadians deserve better. This is a total rip off probably the worst quality/value all you can eat I’ve ever seen. $40pp and there’s nothing to choose from. Plus gratuity. Atmosphere is loud and dirty, photos and presentation are lowest effort. Surprised this place is even in business. Although not surprised, it’s because they charge so much.

The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly—even during the wait, they came to update us. Ordering was smooth, food came quickly, and everything tasted amazing. The wait was absolutely worth it.
I ordered a dish and it felt like it had fallen on the floor and then been picked up and thrown back onto the plate, because it came with a strand of hair and dust from the floor. In return, we were offered a free drink. After this incident, we’ll never go back there again, even though we really used to like it and visited almost every week.

Unfortunately, today was the first time I had such a disappointing experience. The moment we sat down, we were repeatedly reminded that we would have to leave within two hours. Then, barely an hour into our meal, the server came over and urged us to settle the bill. This made my friend nervous enough to ask, “I haven’t even ordered dessert yet, am I still allowed to?” I checked the time and pointed out that we were still well within the two-hour window—so why were we being rushed out?
The server explained it was because people were waiting outside. Honestly, that felt like moral pressure on us: just because there’s a line at the door, should loyal customers be forced to cut their evening short? Especially when dishes were served so slowly—it only makes sense that we should be given enough time to actually enjoy the meal.
I told the server this made me feel very unwelcome. Her response was, “Well, you can pay first, but paying doesn’t mean you have to leave right away.” I declined, because it felt unreasonable and ruined the atmosphere.
After looking forward to a Friday evening dinner with my friend, the whole experience turned out to be stressful and disappointing. As someone who has always loved this place, I left feeling truly let down.

Although it's an ayce the rice is moist but lacking flavor,the right amount of rive in cones and on rolls sashimi was on the bed of crushed ice and the right temp,variety and tempura wasn't quite that perfect crispness but ok,staff friendly and courteous,.price is reasonable seating was clean .
