My friend and I have been going to sushi and kitchen for years now as it is the perfect middle meeting ground for us. Up until date, we had relatively decent experiences. This last time we went, we were not even halfway done eating our food when our waitress came up and informed us that we had to leave (as per her manager’s direction) due to a time limit. We have eaten there multiple times over the years and have never been told this (it is also not listed anywhere on the menu, website, etc). As my friend had just had a beer delivered only moments earlier, I explained it would not be fair for her to have to pay for this item if we had to leave immediately (otherwise she would have had to chug the entire alcoholic beverage on the spot or simply leave it there). When I spoke with the manager, she denied having asked for us to leave and said this direction did not at all come from her. I requested to bring the waitress into the conversation to eliminate any misunderstandings. She immediately became defensive and raised her voice, stating she had simply asked if there was anything else she could bring to our table, denying having asked us to leave at all or telling us that her manager had requested this. This was not the case, as she brought us to go boxes and the bill right after letting us know we had to leave. We had to pay the bill (minus a 10% discount which we had to beg for, given they were not accommodating whatsoever) after we were unable to sit and eat/drink what we had paid for. I stated it was childish for the staff to be consistently talking over us, leaving without warning, and arguing with one another who was telling the truth as their stories did not at all align. She then proceeded to yell that myself and my friend were the children in front of the entire restaurant. If you would like to pay for a meal to either not be able to finish it or have to take it in your car to go, I would recommend a drive through instead.

They changed the crab brand and the new crab they are offering now is disgusting. Please bring back the old crab. If you bring it back I will delete this review and change it to 5 stars .

Wow, that was terrible. I don’t know how you train your servers, but they were literally throwing the dishes. They didn’t even come to the table properly — just tossed the plates and left. The service quality was awful. I will never come back to this place again. Please train your staff better. This was a complete mess.
