We ordered a bunch of items and they came staggered and slow, which makes the dining experience poor. Some items, like the tempera shrimp were cold. It’s like they treat you with Costco taste portions. I ordered ginger beef and you get two gingers per small plate. So when you get it staggered, you gobble it down in an instant. Then you wait 10 minutes for the next micro portion. So if you come here, order three or four portions of each and hope it comes hot!!

I usually don't leave bad reviews but went here for lunch today with a group of coworkers for our Christmas team lunch. I know it is all you can eat, but for the price you pay, there was not many options to choose from. The servers were the unfriendliest people I have ever been served by. The two were just dropping food on the table, and I have been to quite a few all you can eat places, and they always put it on the table and say what it is. My coworker accidently misread and order incorrectly and was trying to let the server know and she just ignored her, so another coworker tried to flag her down to explain and again, was ignored. Finally, she acknowledges us, and went and got I assume the manager or someone, who was very understanding and dealt with it, which we appreciated. It did leave a sour taste to find out they added tip onto all the bills. I am going to assume the crappy service is because they knew they were getting tipped either way. Either way, I will not be coming back. The only nice part was the restaurant was very open and nice.

This place is amazing! Will be back! Edit: my friends came here days ago with and the waitress who assist them was rude she was told that the boys are twins and they are 10 years old she reacted like they were lying. She didn't serve them as good as others and by the time they have to pay she told them 3 adults and 1 kid. Really? They already told you at the beginning that they are TWINS! Is that hard to understand? Even the other one is taller/bigger than the other doesn't mean you are right and have the right to act rude and ignorant to the costumer. Some people loved the food but because of the people/waitresses like you they won't come back. Goodluck

we celebrated my dad's birthday here yesterday and we were very disappointed. They kept serving us cold food, cold bbq short ribs, cold crabs sticks, cold soup, cold edamame. We use to love this place to eat but not anymore. We wouldn't go here again. So frustrated and disappointed! low quality of food now. Not worth the price anymore.
