Ordered their lunch special for takeout, and wow it was delicious!! I didn't take photos, I was too busy devouring my lunch. The fish was fresh and tempura was light and crunchy. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. This has become my new fav sushi place. Can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings 😋

This is a truly special place: always a cozy atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and most importantly, incredibly tasty and fresh food. The menu pleases with variety - there is something for every taste. It is especially nice that with high quality, the prices remain very reasonable. I did Uber Delivery for tonkotsu ramen and was very disappointed. The ramen was of very poor quality. The noodles were not fresh, the meat was fatty and tough, almost impossible to eat. There were very few vegetables – basically just broth and noodles. For $18, this is unacceptable. It tasted like a $1 instant noodle soup from the supermarket.

Great peices for Shashimi. We had toro shashimi, Hammachi sashii. Shrimp dumpling was very tasty. Giant soft shell crab roll is a must. Had the gekkeikan sake. Worth it. Also had dynamite roll and shrimp tempura roll which was very good

Underrated sushi place in Beltline! I stopped by at noon for their lunch specials and expected a bit of a wait for a lunch rush but received my food 10-12 mins after ordering. I got the Sushi lunch special (tempura. sushi and miso were all amazing), and the salmon mango roll which for me, was the most fresh I've had in Calgary. I was greeted upon entering and acknowledged with a thank you when leaving. Overall 5 star experience and will be back soon !!
