I stood waiting for pick up and was blatantly ignored for 30+ mins, was right in front of the till and attempted to gain the employees attention, I finally got her attention, payed, then asked how much longer it will be since it was already 30 mins passed the time I was told it would be ready. She again ignored me.I have worked in customer service for 8+ years and have never had a such bad experience. Would give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give one.

Not sure why you would hire new staff, then not train them how to make the food on the menu??? The man tried his best but honestly, he didn’t know how to make almost anything we wanted. He also made us the wrong food and then didn’t give us a refund.

I’ve ordered and eaten here numerous times over the past few years. They have had some ups and downs over this time with service and food quality but recently they are on a big downward slide. Went into get some take out today and they said it would be more than an hour to get takeaway because their so busy with skip (that are on a time constraint) that they can’t take walk-ins. Not sure why you would have a storefront with tables if you can’t/won’t serve those who walk in to support your business.

I have been to a Sushi shop in toronto before and since then it is a place I really like for their fun menu.This is the second time I came to this location, it was clearly understaffed as the poor person working was doing it all.The food was good and I recommend to try different rolls not the same California, Dynamite and Salmon rolls… go for a couple special ones but take some time to look at the menu because it is massive.I had the Lion, Tokyo and three Salmon Tacos. Everything was very tasty but I would definitely say to ownership there should be one more person at the Saturday evening shift. The two people there were completely slammed with in person and Skip orders.

Atmosphere pretty tame. Service without a smile. Poke bowl was ok. Found it odd that there was lettuce in my poke bowl. Threw me off. Could use some extra to make the bowl more unique.

Sushi was good. Service was good and friendly. Location is tucked away in a strip mall. They also have Thai food at the same location. I would recommend it as a takeaway restaurant.
