I walked into this establishment today hoping to order a birthday cake for my kid. When I asked for help the female employee was nothing but condescending told me they had no menus and to look up the website on a card . Well I looked up the website on the card and guess what it doesn't work when I showed her this she scoffed at me. Finally found the website in my own and low and behold it's trash too, asking me what bakery like hello I want to order from your store. I've ordered cakes from her before and like to keep local .Well not anymore .

My child just got an ai generated cake. there was no reason for this, i sent multiple photos they couldve used and taken inspiration for and instead they decided to use a badly generated ai photo? Additionally, i was hoping for a frosting layer but instead it was a layer of rock hard fondent. Also theres nail marks on the cake? the quality is just terrible and just not worth the money i paid.

Changed location to downtown and dropped in quality. Used AI for a cake we ordered WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. We asked for a cake with our daughter’s baby picture on it and they USED AI. Using AI WITHOUT CONSULTING US AND PUT THE BLAME ON US WHEN WE ASKED WHY. Did not follow any instructions in terms of what we wanted for the cake, either (ie) used printed out Arial Font for Happy Birthday instead of piping). When we called about it they were yelling at us for being “rude.” Unacceptable, lost a customer. Terrible Customer Service. Ugly Cake. Anyone asking, it tastes like styrofoam now.
Edit: didn’t even provide any refund.

Good old fashioned bakery with a few modern touches. From Butterhorns and cinnamon buns to macarons and homemade bread and buns like my mom used to bake, this place is good value and deserves a visit to check it out. Not open Sundays.

Sweet Home Bakery has that charming, old-school vibe you just don’t see much anymore. It’s been around for a long time, and you can tell- it feels warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. They’ve got a variety of baked goods, all tasty without being over-the-top fancy, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable. We tried the donut, vanilla slice, and apple turnover- all hit the spot. Nothing overly flashy, but everything was fresh and satisfying. I’ll definitely drop in again if I’m in the neighborhood.

What an amazing little community bakery, what an awesome selection of baked goods. The doughnuts are heavenly so are the cream horns and eclairs. Everything is so darn delicious. Two thumbs up and a happy time having some excellent treats at home with a coffee.

I had decent hopes and purchased a cinnamon roll, and mini caramel chocolate cake. Sadly both were inedible, and incredibly dry and bland. I stopped in during the morning hours and it seemed like these items were days old and definitely not fresh. The pricing was fair and the service was kind and fast. Simply disappointed that the baked items weren't up to par but would potentially give this spot a try again another time if reviews improve.
