We had a great time at sweet loretta. Mitch set us up with a great table and as usual our food and drinks were top shelf. Thanks also to Karina who gave us top shelf service. One of our favorite places for sure with great atmosphere and excellent service. Thanks again to Mitch for taking such good care of us.
Fun and funky decor and vibe. great soundtrack matching the nostalgia. Happy Hour prices for food and cocktails were very reasonable. Four of us were there for 3 hours and enjoyed shared plates and traditional and inventive cocktails. Service was so-so. Often our cocktail glasses sat empty on the table for an extended time. We had to flag down our server (or other staff) frequently to get an order in which became a distracting and unenjoyable.
We're regulars, but hadn't been for a bit, so disappointed Kennedy is no longer there. That being said, Lauren treated us right and Mitch - well, Mitch is the man! We love to show off our fav HH spot to visiting friends and fam, so all worked out well - incl the awesome "tune-age" provided by the DJ (I've got to get his name). Thanks to the SL crew - old & new - we love ya!
Great spot for girls night. Food was amazing, drinks delish, a bit loud for talking at times but we were right in the middle of the action (a cute table right by the fireplace). Service was 5 stars. We'll bring more friends next time to stay for late night dancing!
The service was very kind, efficient, and accommodating for our large party. Food is incredible and the vibe is unmatched to anywhere else I've been in Calgary!!
We visited with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. The food and drinks during happy hour were excellent and offered great value for the price. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service made the experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon.
I have been to Sweet Loretta many times later evening, but this was my first visit for Happier Hour. It might become a regular fixture for a monthly get together with friends. We loved the tunes and the volume was perfect for grooving in our seats and for chatting. The cocktails are off the charts! Fantastic flavours and variety. We were surprised how great the food is having considered Sweet Loretta a lounge more than a restaurant. I'm looking forward to my next visit already!
What a fun spot!! Was not expecting such a cool vibe. Excellent service and great food options too, especially during the happy hour! Will definitely return
Wonderful space, very atmospheric, with reasonably priced food and attentive staff. Highly recommend!
Overpriced food and drink. POOR service. Over an hour to eat. The place is barely busy. The prices are out of line. Will not be coming back to this place.

An amazing vibe. I love the old school 70's lounge atmosphere. The service was attentive and informative. The music was appropriate for the room and reflected great taste. The food was decent and tasty. The presentation about the studio was top notch. I will definitely be back and will bring new people to experience this place.
We had a great time at Sweet Loretta's for their Beltline Record Club: Electric Lady Studio experience. We loved learning about all the different artists while we dined and enjoyed the cool atmosphere! Our service from Jayden was phenomenal. The food and drinks were delicious! Also an amazing amount of Gluten free options which were greatly appreciated! 10/10. We will definitely be returning in the future (:
I highly recommend Sweet Loretta. The food is amazing and the happy hour prices are the best in Calgary. Such a cool vibe!
Myself and 3 of my guests arrived for our Reservation at Sweet Loretta's for 5:30 Sunday 14th September. Upon arrival we checked in with Nora at the front desk. Nora was actually our server it turned out. Very pleasant girl. The restaurant was REALLY quiet at that time, but I remembered from the last time we were booked in it got busier later. We were handed all the menus and myself and my brother ordered the only happy hour glass pour red wine they had on offer called Fournier a french Pinot Noir. Our guests ordered some different cocktails. Our server Nora came back to the table to inform us that the wines we selected were out of stock. (again the only happy hour house glass pour red wine they had). Nora pointed out to us the wines we could have a a glass pour. We asked if it was possible to choose different glass pours in the reds just to taste to see which ones we would prefer. She did provide us with samples of those wines. We made our selections, both of us chose different glass pours wines. Finally, we got that all settled, and now we moved on to ordering some food items. For myself I ordered two beef Tartare, two hummus, one pita bread, one crispy eggs, and one broccoli salad. My brother and the other guests ordered similar selections as I did. A few double orders also of each item. We had no issues with the food at all. Everything tasted really good. There was a live DJ provided to the guests by the restaurant, and one of us went up to ask if he could play a couple of different types of songs that we were interested in hearing and the DJ told him that unfortunately it was the manager‘s last day and he was directed to play Supertramp albums, so we were not able to give him a request of a song that we wanted to hear. We found that to be very strange as the last time we were there that DJ was so happy to play any requests that we had and he did so.
Went back to Sweet Loretta after an amazing first visit - and the second visit was just as amazing. The attentive service and quality of food and beverages is outstanding. We love the ambience and dancing into the night!
