Sweetnd Custom Cakes

This was my first time ordering a cake from Sweetnd Custom Cakes. I ordered a ball cap cake for my Dad's 80th Birthday, decorated with his favorite Team, the Toronto Blue Jays, and featuring his lifelong love of playing the game and watching his favorite team. The cake was beyond my greatest expectations and the detail on the cap was impeccable, right down to the stitching ! Nobody wanted to eat it because it looked so real! Once we sliced it up and ate it, the cake was incredibly moist and delicious. Amanda went above and beyond anything I could have imagined with the cake, and also with her service. I would highly recommend Sweetnd Custom Cakes for your next special occasion.

Amanda was amazing! She was quick to respond and was great at collaborating when it came to ideas for the cake I wanted. She was also very accommodating when it came to the price!
We chose the snickerdoodle cake with praline icing (Amanda’s suggestion)and everyone one loved the flavour combination. Most importantly the birthday girl loved the cake. She said “this is the best cake I’ve ever had”

Amanda is great on a customer service perspective making sure she provides top service and according to budget!! Very short notice and she was able to make an amazing cake for my daughter! My daughter said it’s exactly what she wanted. Everyone found the cake very moist and delicious! It was ready on time! Thank you Amanda for making that day special. My go to cake place from now on!

By far the best experience ever! We ordered a cake for our son’s first birthday and the ordering process was easy. Amanda was quick at getting back to us and incorporated all the elements we wanted. Pick up was seamless and the cake itself was beautiful and tasted so good! Not your basic flavours! I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone and will be ordering all future custom cakes from her!

Amanda is incredibly talented! Our cake was a masterpiece and the detail was impeccable. Amanda delivered more than we could have asked for!! Would highly recommend Sweetnd Custom Cakes.

Amanda was very professional with prompt replies and gave me a good idea of what was possible and not right off the bat!

In the end she very closely replicated the design I sent in (Except for the bold sans serif font of the name) I liked her take with the curled palm tree leaves!

We got a cake from Amanda and her team for our daughter’s first birthday and it was everything we dreamed of! The cake wasn’t an easy design but they absolutely nailed it, we were so impressed. The cake taste great also! We would definitely recommend them for a custom cake and I’ll now get my daughter’s cakes from them every year!

Amanda was fantastic to deal with, very accommodating and helpful during the entire process. The cake was perfect, and wowed everyone at the birthday party. I would like to praise the perfect job she did for my son's 1st birthday! She made the cake exactly as I asked, and besides, I had to change the theme and she did it without any arguments. The work is completely professional and excellent, better than anything else I've been looking for. If you are looking for perfection, you can do it without fear with them, because they really are perfect at what they do.

Sweetnd Custom Cakes made our wedding cake. Since my Husband and I met through ice climbing, we were looking for someone that could help us incorporate that theme into our cake. What Sweetnd Custom Cakes had to offer fit in perfectly with our plans. Amanda also helped us chose a flavor and filling for the cake that would compliment each other. The moist fresh cake and the smoothness of the butter cream tasted really well together and we had a lot of compliments not only on the presentation of the cake but the flavor and texture as well. I still crave that cake to this day! Amanda also helped us with the logistics of delivering the cake to our venue and setting it up which was awesome as it is one less thing to think about on the day of the wedding. I would definitely ask Sweetnd Custom Cakes in the future to create a custom cake again (and I likely well be).

Please answer the phone or at least call back if you are running a business.Edit to answer Owner's response: You replied to review in 11 minutes but didn't care to return the call through the day.Very busy means you have plenty of business already and you don't need mine. ??I called 3 businesses today(excluding yours) to enquire, one of them could not answer and returned the call within 1 hour and eventually got my business.I am also a business owner and do not cry out loud calling mine a Small Business. Businesses become big when they win new customers and strive to keep old ones.PS: One star was just to get your attention. Bumped to 3 star now.
