Food is always good, love the quarter chicken breast with some of the best fries in town and the sauce is what makes me come back always…service needs improvement for sure, not so much service but the time it takes to the server to come by, they seem short staffed but for me it’s worth the wait and very affordable in this day and age.

I was quite impressed when I ordered Swiss Chalet for takeout. The portions were substantial, everything was packaged beautifully, and everything was still hot when it arrived. The fries were crisp, which is uncommon with delivery, and the rotisserie chicken was tasty and moist! I adore that they will always remember the Chalet Sauce. When I don't feel like cooking, this is a dependable option.

Christina was absolutely amazing and so sweet! She checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed and that our food was just right. Her service really made the experience extra enjoyable. The food itself was delicious, and I have to mention the pumpkin pie — it was hands down the best I’ve ever had! The spices in it made it stand out from any other pie I’ve tried. Definitely worth coming back for!

🤔Christmas festive meal Wow talk about ripping people off & wasn't cheap at all!!Trash chicken dried out serves maybe 1 & half people not 3,suppose to be a full rack of ribs which was less than half serves 1 person🤔Portions all around pathetic !!Sure the chocolates were nice gesture & all those scratch/win tickets🤨👎👎👎👎However a big disappointment when we were regular customers!!!Swiss Chalet usually pretty consistent with quality of the food & fair prices.However if you wanna lose customers this is the way to go!!🫣🤨

My first visit to this restaurant.. starting from the entrance they gave us a warm welcome and a with in few minutes the server took our order and got served in 15 minutes.. great… will be back and I strongly recommend this place for the lunch and dinner with family… keep it up ..
