I’m a senior and we visit here when we want a comforting, cozy meal. A big part of that is our server Naz. She is such a caring, sweet lady with a *really* big heart. Naz spends time getting to know all of her customers and is incredibly personable and efficient. She will make sure everybody’s looked after at the table. just like a mother would. She is a huge reason why we go week after week to this location. She makes great suggestions about food and sides and always points out the specials. Thank you. This is my first review on Google, because Naz deserves it.

Swiss Chalet has long been a family favourite (multi generational), and our last visit re-affirmed why. The food was well seasoned with nostalgia and the service was impeccable. Luc, our server, was fantastic! He was perceptive, attentive, fun and good natured. Ask for him on your next visit to the the Calgary, Shawnessy location.

We always have a great time at Swiss Chalet. The food is very consistent and the service is second to none. Sara is our regular server and she is the absolute best. She pays attention to the smallest things; always brings extra napkins, extra drinks before our’s run out, lemon water to wash our hands and as much Chalet sauce as we want- one of my friends loves the stuff ( usually has 4 every time we go there lol). She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and will pick up my mood, no matter how I’m feeling. All in all the Chalet is our go to, between owner Mo and all the staff, great food- why would you go anywhere else?

I came and dined here with my family and was greeted right away by our hostess Ashley, although she was just our hostess she took care of us for the whole duration of our dinner and recommended some great meals!
Our server Luc was awesome. Very attentive, friendly and anticipated our needs bringing extra napkins for our kids without our asking. Helpful with the menu and very prompt. Best server we have had anywhere for a while.

We at Silverhill Acura order lunch on Saturdays for our staff from various restaurants each week. It's a kind of Group Lunch for about 25 members of our staff. It had been a while since we had Swiss Chalet for our staff. We ended up talking to Franchise owner Mohammad Khawaja for some typy of group package deal to accommodate us for our needs and budget. Mr. Khawaja was found to be more than accommodative and very professional and pleasant person to deal with. He offered us a special package and had it delivered it to us in a very timely manner. His sevice has been a very nice and pleasant experience for us. Whenever it's a Swiss Chalet time for us again, this will be the place for us.
