Had lunch with my mom and daughter, our Server was Naz and she was one of the best servers we have ever had. Naz was super attentive, funny and friendly. Highly recommend
Right off the bat, terrible service. Walked into countless tables not cleared and told to sit at one so we chose a different spot. Sitting for almost 10 minutes before a server came.
Server shows up seemed ok took our order didn’t write anything down. Figured ok no worries.
Finally shows up with drinks one is wrong. Not a huge deal. We ordered an appetizer a child’s meal and 2 adult meals. We received the meals fairly quickly before the appetizer and still no kids meal came. The kids meal came last.
Not one thing besides the appetizer and one item on a plate was fresh. Everything was room temp or colder. We expressed the concern and were met with such arrogance from the server. She did not care what we had to say or the issue she offered to “re warm” it. I said no why would I want it heated back up. She claimed she offered a fresh meal which she did not. I personally had the chicken and ribs with mash all cold. I took one bite from the rib it was cold I took 2 bites of chicken both cold mash was room temp. So I ate the bread and chalet sauce again cold. My husband had the same with a baked potato. Half of the topping was missing and yet again all his food was cold. The mixed up my child’s drink so which he took one sip and didn’t not want it so we asked for his original order it came when he was half done his meal. His fries were not fresh they for sure were sitting out for a period of time.
All of this concern and the waitress did nothing but be rude and arrogant and entitled the entire time. She threatened to flag us and call.. I asked who she was calling after she was stating I was refusing to pay (which I was not). She would not answer me. I talked to the supervisor to which she gave 1/2 off my meal that I hardly even touched and 14$ off the entire meal that we told concerns about then entire time at no point were we rude or disrespectful. The supervisor offered a fresh meal AFTER the table was being cleared, AFTER her employee disrespected and threatened to flag us for showing concern of the food standard. Her employee stormed off saying I wasn’t paying which I clearly said I was paying for the items we did eat even though it was terrible. She came back 10 mins later with a very different tone and had us pay for what was actually consumed.
The poor table behind us stopped me and said what poor service and how rude of that waitress, and questioned how she could be so rude to customers.
Needless to say this was the worst experience dinning out me and my family have ever received and we will absolutely not be returning.

The service was terrible. Our waitress would disappear and not acknowledge us, would bring plastic cutlery with no explanation for it and by the end just gave us a bill without us asking for it or if we needed anything else. The bathrooms were also gross..will not be coming back.

We had dinner at Shawnessy location, this location is one of our favorites and had been coming here 4 times a month in the average and is always had Zarah as our server. Zarah is super to the point that we became friends. She takes time to talk to us, to ask us about our family and many others.
Tonight our server was not Zarah, took her a long time after we finished our meal to check if we need something else. So different from Zarah's service.
Next time we will be here we will insist to have Zarah serve us.
