Worst dining experience of my life. Went for the Thanksgiving chicken and rib combo. They took our order and it took an hour to get our food and we were told they ran out of ribs. Apologizing doesn't make up for terrible customer service.

The staff at the take out counter were working really hard to get everyone's orders done. I was shocked at the number of people who were upset their order wasn't ready. It's Thanksgiving give the poor people working back there a break they were doing the best yhey could.

I bought thanks giving meal last night and it was awful. Stuffing was dense as hell. And decided to change the order without notice and forgot food. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
Our waitress, Claudia, (though on her own) managed to be amazing at her job. She NEVER missed a beat... and she was kind and attentive (even when it got somewhat busier). She DEFINITELY deserves to be recognized as one of your best. She's a great reason why people would return... for fantastic service.
