Swiss Chalet is what it is. Pay a rediculous price for quarter chicken. They need to revamp their fries. They're always soggy. Service was standard. Nothing over the top. I miss the old days at Swiss Chalet.

Swiss Chalet never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting—perfect for a casual night out with family or friends.
Of course, we had to order the famous Quarter Chicken Dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. Juicy, flavourful chicken with that signature Chalet Sauce—still as comforting and satisfying as ever. The fries were hot and crispy, and the roll was fresh and soft. Everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered.
A special shout-out to our server, Shy, who made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind—one of those people who makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. You can tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in her work.
It’s the kind of place where you always know what you’re getting—great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommend if you're craving a classic, no-fuss meal that hits the spot every time.

We've eaten here a number of times. When it's good, it's a very good value. But the trick is to show up when they're serving freshly cooked food, and not simply reheating something from earlier in the day.
I usually order the double leg. If we arrive at 5:30, often I'll get one good leg and one that is not very good and is obviously reheated from lunch.
Tonight I had perhaps one of the least enjoyable meals I've had at this location.
The air conditioning was so cranked up, or food got cold, and we were both freezing when we left.
I'm done trying to figure out when to show up, and the lack of consistency.

Went for roast beef chicken special after seeing it on TV. Hadn't been to Swiss chalet in years. Pleasantly surprised. Great service. Good food. Fair pricing still in this ever increasing inflation era. 4 adults eating well for $100 is decent. I wojod encourage management to clean their light fixtures as they are pretty gross. Just don't look up and you'll be fine...

Swiss Chalet is a regular place for us, and we usually have a great experience. However, I had a serious issue with the food this time. I ordered a baked potato side with my quarter chicken which must have just come straight out of the oven, but no one mentioned how hot it was. I took a bite and ended up with a severe burn on the roof of my mouth. It’s now been four days, and it’s still painful to eat. I may need to see a doctor if it doesn’t improve soon. I’ve never had this happen before, and I think a simple heads-up from the staff could’ve prevented it. Disappointed that something so preventable caused this level of discomfort.
