It's not the fanciest place, but you can't deny that their chicken is incredible. You can't beat Swiss chalet sauce!! On Tuesdays, two can dine for $19.99 and in this economy that's pretty cool. It's always busy and that's always a good sign that the food is good

This location is our go-to. We have been noticing on our last few visits that the quality of the food is going down hill. Not always, but often, the server seems to be too busy to even fill our water glass. Yesterday was one of the very worse experiences in terms of food. I had the new chicken Parm and my husband had the Alfredo version. I ate my fries, but a bite of the chicken and I was disgusted. We both ate only that first bite of our chicken. It is awful. The garlic toast was impossible to bite into. Way too toasted. A manager came by and ended up removing both entrees from our bill. Just so disappointing when your plan was to get out for a nice dinner. I think it'll be awhile before we try it again. That's disappointing as we got several Swiss Chalet gift cards for Christmas.

I went thru the drive thru. Repeated my order 3 times. Even had the guy on the phone say my order back to me. Only to get home and find tomato sauce covered pasta not pasta with Alfredo sauce with my chicken parm entree. My receipt has it right. Do they not know the difference when filling an order? And they are not answering the phone to get this handled.
Update: Swiss Chalet got back to me via this review and has credited me back most of the cost of my meal. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars in consideration of the customer follow up they have made. Thanks for making things right.

The quarter chicken meal with salad was the best ever. The taste of the seasoned chicken and dipping sauce is definitely top notch gourmet!!! The soft warm bun is the best tasting bread! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The price is always better than reasonable. Why go to any other restaurant just to get (maybe) a good meal with double the price??
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared unprofessional and showed very poor communication with customers. They were slow, inattentive, and seemed to spend more time doing nothing than assisting guests. The lack of courtesy and efficiency made the overall service frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

Food was good. Service was slow and seemed they did not really care. No one checked on food quality and we got no refills offered. Staff seem inexperienced in serving and come across as rude. Ordered extra gravy also never got that. And they tried to bill me for it. Manager never came over and said anything. Won't be back.

Was there on Sunday for there new feast special that they have, and as always was greeted with warming smiles, the food was delicious but I couldn’t have been more pleased with our services, even though it got super busy our server Emma still did a wonderful job at giving us refills without asking and just overall making sure everything was what we wanted. Excellent services and beautiful faces all around thank you.
