I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared unprofessional and showed very poor communication with customers. They were slow, inattentive, and seemed to spend more time doing nothing than assisting guests. The lack of courtesy and efficiency made the overall service frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

Food was good. Service was slow and seemed they did not really care. No one checked on food quality and we got no refills offered. Staff seem inexperienced in serving and come across as rude. Ordered extra gravy also never got that. And they tried to bill me for it. Manager never came over and said anything. Won't be back.

Was there on Sunday for there new feast special that they have, and as always was greeted with warming smiles, the food was delicious but I couldn’t have been more pleased with our services, even though it got super busy our server Emma still did a wonderful job at giving us refills without asking and just overall making sure everything was what we wanted. Excellent services and beautiful faces all around thank you.

What truly set her apart was her genuine, positive attitude. She handled a small request for a menu modification perfectly, showing patience and a great willingness to ensure we were completely happy with our meal. Swiss Chalet is what it is. Pay a rediculous price for quarter chicken. They need to revamp their fries. They're always soggy. Service was standard. Nothing over the top. I miss the old days at Swiss Chalet.

Of course, we had to order the famous Quarter Chicken Dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. Juicy, flavourful chicken with that signature Chalet Sauce—still as comforting and satisfying as ever. The fries were hot and crispy, and the roll was fresh and soft. Everything came out quickly and exactly as ordered.
A special shout-out to our server, Shy, who made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind—one of those people who makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. You can tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in her work.

Riley she was awesome with us, excellent costumer service, but portions here it was different than other chalets less portion, and the washroom was really bad condition, if you guys need a fresh paint coat contact me
