This location is our go-to. We have been noticing on our last few visits that the quality of the food is going down hill. Not always, but often, the server seems to be too busy to even fill our water glass. Yesterday was one of the very worse experiences in terms of food. I had the new chicken Parm and my husband had the Alfredo version. I ate my fries, but a bite of the chicken and I was disgusted. We both ate only that first bite of our chicken. It is awful. I went thru the drive thru. Repeated my order 3 times. Even had the guy on the phone say my order back to me.
