I arrived at 6pm and was seated quickly even though it was busy. After I ordered my food arrived hot and fresh within 5 minutes. Brenda was my server and she was an absolute gem. Next time I return I hope that I get seated in her section again.

My husband and I were at Swiss Chalet on April 2nd and had such a great experience. Roy who works as maitre d', seating guests, etc. is such a great guy. He is busy constantly and goes above and beyond most door people that I have seen. He makes sure the table is scrubbed, top to bottom before seating you and then makes sure you have everything you need. Our waitress, Brenda, was so good. She remembered our orders without writing it down and was always nearby if we needed anything. The food came so quickly, it was very hot and good. Both of them are great employees and should be treated very well.Dietary restrictions: Swiss Chalet is one of the few restaurants we will go to when on a lower calorie diet.
It was amazing! I don’t recall the name of my server, but she was fantastic! Swiss Chalet is my favourite place to go.

Store hours said they close at 10 went there 8:45 their door was locked and people eating inside, than server said they are closed. Never seen a restaurant shut their door an hour and half before closing time unless they don’t want customer and want to be out of service

We had a girls get together at this location on Saturday and everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and our server (7 Brenda B) was excellent and made sure that our orders were on time and as requested.Parking: They are sharing the parking with other business, but no problem finding a spot to park.
Great food and awesome service! Really enjoyed their signature rotisserie chicken. The service was impeccable, their staff were attentive ensuring that we got everything we needed and were so patient with all of our requests.
