The two festive dinners we bought were excellent. The cheesecake with strawberry was great but could have used more strawberry topping (but I love lots more than some) . The baked potato substitute surprised us as more than expected, they were large potatoes (excellent). This was an end of week treat for my wife and I. She is very special and deserves the best. She got it. The cashier an older lady was very helpful . She showed me I could get AMA rewards. Thank you this is a better location than another I visited. Very professional, helpful to clients. Hey Manager / owner you have great staff here.Parking: Parking can be limited at times in front .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to use ramp and cleaned after a snowfall.

I ordered from the Memorial drive location. The chicken sandwich festive meal. The sandwich was sloppily put together and not appetizing to look at the bun it was on was hard as a rock.. The other dissapintment was the "slice" of pie. It looks like someone took the regular slice of pie then cut it in half. More of a sliver than a slice. I go to Swiss Chalet at least once a month. And order it delivery at least once a month. So i have had the pie before and know the size it should be. Very dissapointing overall.

First, the place has dim lighting but at least it wasn’t cramped. Second, one of the staff who assisted me and my companions seemed like she wasn’t in the mood to serve. I hope she’s okay, though, and at least the second server was much friendlier.The food was okay and it was actually more than enough for me. I tried the dipping sauce for the first time and I loved it! I actually bought 2 cans of Swiss Chalet dipping sauce a few days after.

As an individual that works in the industry, as both a FOH manager and a BOH manager, I’m thoroughly disappointed with our service, I never got the servers name, though we arrived at 8:45 she was an older lady, and had 4 plates sent back , two of the dishes was completely wrong and after she had argued with us to deal with white meat when one of our friends only liked dark meat, we ended up just settling as I didn’t want to continue to argue, and then three of the rotisserie chicken plates were pink completely, and this is geniunely unacceptable, we weren’t offered any compensation, one of the chickens were already stem as he is colourblind, so as we’re hoping he didn’t consume pink chicken, I’m genuinely unimpressed with the service with both the server and the kitchen, as this is a highly health code violation and can get us insanely sick. i would like to be contacted by a manager to further to discuss this as this is 100% unacceptable , as our bill came out to 170$ roughly and no apologies or anything we’re exchanged from the server.I look forward to speaking with you more.Thanks.

Always love going for their ribs and chicken. Plus one side , which I choose baked potato. Always done perfect. Some people don't like going because they are not chicken people. You don't have to gave chicken. Their burgers are great, as one of my sons love their burgers. I go to Swiss Chalet, probably 6 to 8 times a year. I will continue to do so. Cheers!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids around. Families seem to enjoy their time there.Parking: I go to two different locations. Just off Memorial Dr and 28 st NE. Also the one off of 130 Avenue SE.Wheelchair accessibility: Large openings for wheelchairs ramps or straight in .

The Food was cold and Service was 1/2 par. Uncooked bleeding chicken. Bake potato was ice cold and the buns were rock hard. Definitely has gone down hill. Understand why they are all closing down. Would Definitely not eat or recommend the Memorial Drive location to anyone.

This place should be closed. It is dirty the food tastes off and there is no music, nothing for ambiance.All that aside it’s a tragedy cause Swiss Chalet used to be so good. :(Edit: Just used the washrooms….. downgraded my rating to 1 star

Pulled up and wondered if the place was even still running but when I went inside I soon found out that it was well managed, the people were friendly, the food came fast and it was delicious! Overall amazing experience I would definitely recommend it

We had a good meal here but it was sad to see the management letting the restaurant up keep go astray. The garden and lawn in front of the place had gone wild. Need to cut the grass guys!

I walked into Swiss Chalet was greeted with a smile, I ordered and then was about to pay when the first thing i saw was tip on the debit machine. Tip at the pick up counter, why... so first i thought ok she smiled and then I looked around and noticed there was no place for me to sit. I changed my mind about the tip. I'm 77 years old with horrendous arthritis in my back and legs, standing for more than a minute is painful. So you would like a tip but you don't think much of your aged customers. No tip then no matter how large that smile was etched on her face. The food was delicious as usual however. Cmon place at least 2 chairs at this location for us old people...

Iam extremely disappointed... My husband, daughter and I ordered from this location Saturday April 2nd at 4:45pm via skip the dishes. My husband got a large poutine, I got rotisserie chicken sandwich and my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband's poutine came with 5 pieces of curd and NO GRAVY or Chalet sauce!!! My chicken sandwich was riddled with grizzle!!! We don't eat out often as cost is an issue, but that night, we all decided to get Swiss Chalet, BIG FAT MISTAKE!!!,Swiss Chalet used to be our favorite place to eat, but after that, it will be the last place we order from... Thank you for robbing us! You should be ashamed.. ...
