Amazing....so let me get this straight....the chicken place buys a ton of chickens....they then cut them in quarters for the dinners they serve....but when I ask to order a double leg dinner, they say they are out??? Good grief...SC is so disappointing these days...brutal.

Our server, Pam, was outstanding. She did t take away the one plate until both of us had finished. I really appreciated that. I didn't feel like I was eating alone. The food was good, much better than the location we usually visit. If you go there and get Pam, you're in the best hands

The staff at both Swiss Chalet and Harvey’s were quite rude, which made the visit really unpleasant. On top of that, there were tons of mosquitos inside and outside near the entrance—it was so uncomfortable. The food were fine.

Haven’t been to Swiss.Chalet for a couple of years because all BC locations have closed in BC. 😩 Totally enjoyed our visit…good service, food and dinner with good friends!! Pam B. was an exceptional server that kept us amused with her pleasant conversation. Swiss Chalet…Please come back to Vancouver area!!!

If I could give Brenda 10 Stars I would, she handled our group of 14 like a Champ. Service was prompt, respectful and she was so friendly.
We don’t frequent Swiss Chalet, but Brenda will have us coming back.
