Our party of 6 arrived at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. We couldn't make reservations and were put on a list. We waited well over an hour for a table while watching groups of 2, 3, and 4 get tables. Finally, we had our table, and I noted that there were a couple of large family celebrations, thus the wait! We all ordered something different, and the service was friendly, quick, and we all found the food delicious! Would get there earlier on a Saturday next time.?

Soup is good as long as they get ALL the bones out and just a heads up Swiss chalet is like a cafeteria all and I mean all the food is pre cooked and all they do is warm it up and bring it out

Never really had a bad experience here. It's a typical Swiss Chalet so if you've been before you know what to expect. The service is pretty good, not extraordinary but quite good. It can get busy so be prepared for that but overall no complaints, good service decent family atmosphere.

Nice, clean place. We used to order takeouts from this place all the times, but it was a huge difference to eat fresh and hot food. Everything tasted way better.

The server was very pleasant and brought our drinks and took our order with little waiting. I believe her name was lacey. Had the chicken and roast beef combo. It came out really fast. The food and drinks were excellent. I definitely will be back again! Thank you for a great dinner when I really needed it!

We LOVE ❤️ Swiss Chalet! I enjoyed a great meal while in Alberta the other week. ( Unfortunately we no longer have Swiss Chalet in BC .? ) My husband and I have been going to Swiss Chalet since we were kids in Ontario. We ate at Swiss when we lived in Saskatchewan and for a number of years in BC. You don't have to convince us....we LOVE all things Swiss. Thank You.
