I'm not one to leave a review but this order was so abysmal I was inspired to come to Google to warn anyone from ordering from this location . I dont know how every single item in an order can be wrong and cold and taste off. You generally know what something will taste at a chain like taco bell , so how they can actually make it taste different and not a good different is beyond me. If you do ear here good luck I suggest throwing your money on the ground so at least someone else can use it if you want to waste it lol . Even the wrappers for the food was wet ...why is it wet lol ? stay away

Hello! I don’t want to be rude but the fact that my food tasted weird and I took another bite and found this (down below) the chicken was pink to some extent and as I looked around the Crunchwrap, I noticed some of the chicken pieces looked fully cooked! The middle was pink and oddly chewy and I also feel sick after eating my meal unfortunately, I took a picture and went back to just show them and (even if it was cooked, I wasn’t feeling it anymore unfortunately) so I just wanted a refund on the wrap. The two employees who take the orders were very nice and understood my concern but she called her manager and the manger started telling me it’s cooked and it’s not bad that’s how the chicken looks and I was like oh okay but i definitely just don’t feel like eating it anymore and by the looks of it I don’t really wanna finish it so I refund would just be best. (Friday around 12pm) I have had Crunchwraps before and I have never seen the chicken like that or tasted it like that before as well! I did get my refund but had to really work for it! The manager was rude throughout the whole conversation but the girl who gave my refund was nice and was helpful. Just a heads up to look at your food clearly because I do feel sick as of right now! Thanks for reading :(

I had a medium coke and they served without ice and the coke is like a sweet water means there was no spark. if they can't even serve a good coke or pepsi you can imagine about the food.

HORRIBLE. When someone asks for something as an extra, DO NOT add as much of that extra as you can and barely put anything else in. there were maybe three pieced of chicken in my taco, and all the sour cream and guac were put on either side of the taco, but weren't evenly distributed. Do you guys even know what you're doing there?! Also, the food was cold. Do better, Taco Hell.
It’s my 3rd time visiting Taco bell at this mall and I just love the chicken Quesadilla and the Crunchwrap supreme. Good portion of food and it is really tasty. I will definitely go there again to try their full menu. Also, not to forget the friendly staff there, as it is another reason to visit Taco bell at the TD mall.
