Once again (third time in December) they got my drive through order incorrect. How does this place stay in business—I guess because I keep coming back on my drive home. But no more. They mess it up more times than they get it right. I used to blame it on kids that work there, but this has been going on for years in this location. Manager clearly can’t manage kids. How tough is it to do QA/QC at a drive thru before the order goes out?
Bad food. Cold food. Messed up orders frequently. Usually out of supplies like hot sauce or tomatoes. No desire to improve. Staff don’t care. Management doesn’t care.
And now I don’t. Never again.

Drove 30 mins. Its open until 10. At 9 there was a garbage can blocking off the drive through and all the lights are turned off inside.
Update your hours, don’t waste my time.

I cancelled order and they still charged me but never called or confirmed they made the order so they had to charge me for it. But no call or notice or email. I can pick it up instead of it getting charged for it and telling me to pick it up. not even a phone call but charged my card even though I cancelled stole my money pretty much with out even calling. Uber eats and Taco Bell need to better communication I am super bummed this was my go to place now I will never go back to a taco bell

Seriously go somewhere else. Read my horror story. Feels like they are really under staffed. Last time I came here they made me park for a full hour and I had to go inside three times to remind them I was still waiting... I feel stupid for staying honestly but I have already given them my money. It was like five other people who had the same thing happened to them too.
Ordered bean burritos got barely any filling inside. Not worth the price
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options... fillings are lacking

This is probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to. They tried to overcharge us multiple times, every time the screen tried to say it was a few dollars more than we ordered and even the cashier couldn't figure it out. Took forever to get them to take the change the prices to the ones displayed on the menu, and then the food itself too a long time to come out. Check the total price vs what it should be when you order here!

A friend and I went through the drive through and ordered a taco and fries supreme combo and a few other items. The fries and tacos both had no tomatoes. Also not until we drove away realized they didn’t give us our drink. Not to mention the guy taking our ordered couldn’t have been more rude. Seems like every experience at this location there’s an issue with the order. Do not recommend.
