Ignore the other reviews; it’s fast food, you can’t expect gourmet food. The chicken cantina taco was super crispy and tasty. The employees here are always so sweet and friendly.
Nice that this a KFC AND Taco Bell, good selection and overall nice spot. Was busy and a little messy, but otherwise the food was good and service was quick.
Starting this off by saying I’m not a Karen and I quite literally never leave a bad review. But this experience was terrible.1. Overcharged me for my food. Tapped my phone and didn’t notice ( my error I know)2. Fries were cold and hard. Which is alarming because they literally opened 36 minutes before I came. Were they old yesterday fries? I’m afraid to know at this point. (I’m sure I’ll find out later)3. Lady was kind enough to ask me if I wanted sauce to which I replied please. I opened the box when I got to work (15 minute drive away) she literally gave me 1 hot sauce packet. 1 yes you read this correct. What kind of debauchery is that? I ordered 4 items. Am I missing something?All in all this experience ruined my day. Maybe even my week.This experience will literally keep me up at night.Thanks for nothing.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Taco bell was never *good* but they were at least tasty and affordable. 15 bucks for a combo meal? Bit much. And they removed Fire sauce again.Won't be back.

Ordered five soft tacos and I end up getting four absolutely disgusting burritos with the freaking disgusting cheese sauce and two taco Supremes, which were bone cold because they use ice cold tomatoes to put into a hot taco so by the time you get home it’s freezing cold. But my son got his exact order and it was done at the same time. So either they’re totally incompetent or….No they are totally incompetent. Food was absolutely garbage for the money.

Staff was friendly but the restaurant was missing several basic ingredients and could not fulfill my original order. The gentleman I ordered from had trouble figuring out how to enter in a specific combo of tacos/options - the POS system clearly is meant for speed not options. That being said the people I got the food for thought it was delicious as always and the service was quick. Prices are going up but I certainly won't blame the staff for that.
