Placed an order for delivery on Saturday, August 16th, and when we received the order, almost the entire order was wrong.
This started off with a missing drink, when I tried to inform the delivery driver, he could not have less interest in helping us out.
When we started eating, we found everyone had received incorrect items, starting with a beef burrito with no tomatoes being delivered as a chicken burrito with tomato, while being labeled beef burrito with no tomato. The second burrito, which was not labeled had no tomato on it. We also ordered a cheesy beef crunch that was received as a regular crunch burrito.
Considering that this was an $80 order, I figured that Skip would provide some assistance, but they responded too late for me to take the now apparently requisit pictures of the items that were incorrect. In response, my order, which was almost entirely incorrect was of no concern to Skip or their delivery driver.
Nearly everything was wrong in the order, with the exception of the mexi fries.

Ordered via skip. Most of our $80 order was wrong. Missing a drink, mislabeled and incorrect items. Skip driver refused any type of responsibility. Skip itself was absolutely useless in rectifying anything other than the missing drink. We apparently need photos of the wrong items that we ate but they were too slow to respond to us so no photos - we were hungry… perhaps this is why we ordered food?
Disappointed all around.

Wickedly overpriced for the tiny amount of so/so quality food you get.

This is the best taco time I’ve ever been to I can’t say enough positive things about it but I will try. The food is delicious and cooked just right every time. The service is amazing with such kind staff trying to make your day better! And above all it is astonishingly clean they keep a very tidy business even using glass plates! Over all I love this establishment and eat here every chance I get thank you!

This is the first fast food restaurant would ask me if I want some water when I didn't order any drink.
And their friendly staff will say bye when we left.

If you’re hungry I would not recommend this restaurant, almost $4.00 for 10 tater tots and the burritos are small. Really nice interior.

Staff were very friendly, but it seemed like portions were intentionally reduced compared to other locations. Tacos were unfilled (both hard and soft shell), and mexifry deluxe looked like 75% the size from other Taco Time locations.

Extremely nice dine in area. Great atmosphere for a fast food place!

These folks were extremely attentive to my order to make sure it was just right.

Highly recommend for a "step up" fast food, dine-in experience! Way better than any other Taco Time locations I have been at.

I ordered 2 Taco supreme. Got them no sour cream in them and barely any meat. The girl didn't ask if it was to stay or go.
While I was sitting and eating my dinner, the girl got another order wrong. The guy checked his order before he left. He said I ordered the combo.

Much better than I expected. Really good value. Round 1 was 6 tacos with one combo, roughly $20. Will be back.

Very warm staff there and quick response time too

First thing I noticed when I walked in is the awful floors. They are peeling or dirty or both or something. Horrible. Sure they are friendly here, and after reading several reviews, very stingey with the meat. My tacos had very little meat. Some of the staff members have a hard time understanding orders. I read right from the menu. The tip function when paying my debit is weird. I wasn't staying, I didn't ask for anything special. Employees didn't knock my socks off, or offer anything fantastic. Pay your employees better wages and give out the meat. Maybe then this location will have better reviews. My order was not hot, barely warm. P
